We called to find out what the warranty was on 2 units he says well that depends lol depends on what it’s all the same warranty from Kerr to Kerr . He was quick to hang up not friendly at alllll wow I hope the owner reads this cause this company will not go far with staff on ur front like like this . Terrible !

The staff are so unfriendly it's amazing they are in business. It's probably because they only sell to contractors and pretty much refuse to even talk to you if you aren't a contractor/installer.I've been there twice, had no help both times. The first visit the guy actually insulted me when I had a simple question about a mini split unit.Bys' I'm sorry to tell ya. Mini splits aren't some magical witchcraft that us mere mortals have no hope of understanding. It's two refrigerant lines and a power wire. Wow.. There's no need to be pay $8,000 to this crowd for a unit that costs 1/4 of that price.This company will never see a dime from me.
