Tony and his crew did superb work on a serious set of deep scratches. The car looks completely new. Excellent customer service, advice about choices, fair pricing, quick and efficient (in fact job was finished early), superb cleanup of the car. Highly recommended.

I have taken three different cars for a variety of work (front, back, sides) in the past year. Cars came back perfect each time. I would recommend. Service is good and staff are polite. I shopped around extensively and I have used other shops in the past. This is your best bet in the GTA.

My car was vandalized and had about 8 damages left, I was destroyed. Massive Auto Collision took care of everything and the transition to repair was the easiest from the moment they contacted me they were super clear and professional by phone, they sent someone to pick up my car so I would have no problem returning due to the Covid19, They kept me informed of every decision and process, in the end, someone came to drop my car, it looks like new, you would never believe that it was damaged and they were even so nice to clean and disinfect it. I am a very particular person in services and I usually do not recommend but this company really treats you as part of its family and is aware of every detail, I would put my car in your hands on any occasion. Not only were they reasonable in their quote but walked me through the process and explained things to me whenever there was something I didn’t understand. You shouldn't bring your car anywhere else for repairs! To the team at Massive, thank you––what an incredible feeling picking up my car and seeing it like it just rolled off the lot at the dealership. Brand new again! Not only was I surprised by the body work, but they also detailed the interior of my car as a bonus, which was so kind. Being involved in a hit and run was devastating, the rear of my vehicle was so horrible to look at, but Massive put in incredible work to make it look brand new, inside and out, and I'm so grateful. Tony and Helen were very nice and accommodating throughout the process, as this was my first experience with a collision shop, and I'm happy I made the right decision.
