The young man working today was so pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed. Not many kids are happy or good at their jobs anymore. The place was busy but he was on top of it. We will stop in again on our next trip.

Drive through closed, store lobby closed as usual again and had been for months!! Seems like they only have 1.5 employees and can never manage having more then 1 thing going on. Drive through lane is super small so if your driving anything more than a truck forget it. Inventory is terrible being out of most things on the board almost always. I have given this place many opportunities and at different times, totally disappointed.

Is this really a Tim Hortons. No plain Tim bits only two flavours. Runs out if Croissants at 9 am. Does not carry all of the bagels I.e. everything bagel. Never never never will I go back there. Always a waste of time.

Garbage location. Severe lack of management. Coffee and donuts are NOT made fresh as advertised. Staff severely overworked. Drive thru is a joke, and not even a funny one.

Walked in and there was nobody there, waited for a few minutes and looked at the doughnuts etc. Decided what I wanted and still nobody had come to the counter so I turned and left. Bought a snack from the gas station next door.

It's too bad, this Tim Hortons has such bad service. So you wait to place your order, even though you are the only one in line, then again you wait at the window, because they are too busy talking with their coworkers......only to get the wrong order. An ice coffee was what was ordered, not a hazelnut ice coffee.Wecalso ordered a Bagel beltvon a everything bagel....only to drive away with a raisin bagel.....yuk!!This is the norm for this store. They really need to pay more attention. I suggest hitting one of the local coffee shops in town and SUPPORT LOCAL!

If your driving a vehicle larger then a pick up, don’t bother stopping as the lobby is never open. Now I’m giving up even stopping at this location, the 27th Ave location in Vernon is your best bet if your travelling Hwy 6 towards Nakusp.

No words can describe the level of disappointment that flows from this location. Im sitting here outside on a thursday afternoon (4:31 to be exact) ant the guy behind the door is saying sorry we are closed.....We just drove 30 min to get here... Yesterday no ice caps.. Pulling doughnuts and tim bits out of a big rubbermaid tub looks great to the customers. I was hoping after being gone for two years that they would of improved but apparently thats far from the case. Shame
