I’ve been vaping for about two years and have gone to a lot of shops. I’ve never found better customer service, pricing and overall enjoyment anywhere else but here. Monica is Incredible, her knowledge of products and willingness to go to any lengths to provide the best customer service is undeniable. There will be times when I don’t even need anything from the store but go just because of the environment. If you’re trying to quit smoking and want a good environment where it’s completley okay not to know anything then you’re looking in the right place. Absolutely amazing.- Shawn

Amazing place with super friendly staff. This is basically the only place I go for my vape gear and juices. Jay runs a super relaxed store with a chill environment. I end up spending a lot of time just chatting with the staff. Points system they offer is great. I've gotten hundreds of dollars of free gear. Great work!

I am looking to quit smoking and heard about The Digital Smoker from their ad on 1010 News. Dropped in today and had a great experience.Ashley guided me to the best products for me. She let me test some vape products to help me choose. She then showed me how to use the product and told me I could call or drop in for any help.Excellent Service and price motivated me to write this review. Love this place!

Wonderful place with super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have been there a few times to help my partner quit smoking. They set him up with the best machine for him, taught him how to use it, let him try different flavours, etc. They manage to be professional and relaxed at the same time. Definitely recommend. Just a great place with great people.

Staff are rude. Came in looking to buy some juice and started asking about flavours - instead of informing me and trying to give me some knowledge about the products, the dude behind the counter assumed I was an expert like him: avoided eye contact, spoke in a rude tone. It seemed like he was definitely in a bad mood and just not wanting to be at work at that moment but that is what made me not want to be there either. (So I left w/o buying anything) I came to Digital Smoker about one year before this but the experience was much better- staff were much more friendly and approachable. These guys gotta work on their customer service.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great place to go if you want to start vaping or upgrade your battery and/or tank. Updated Sept 14, 2018- I have been going to this location since it opened and have seen a few staff changes there. Needless to say Monica is always friendly, cheerfully and very helpful. Even when other staff is there I will wait for her to be available as she always make my visits they a pleasure. She delivers 5 star service consistently.

I've been to a LOT of vape stores all over Toronto and by far these guys are the best! They believe in educating rather than any sales pitch- and they by far have the one of the widest brand selections for juices. Really great customer service, excellent products. STRONGLY recommended for new and long time users :)
