Our 10 year old dining room chandelier started flickering at 2 of the 8 LED bulbs. Replacing the flickering bulbs didn't solve the problem, so we called Fernando who had installed the original fixture 10 years ago. We were going out of town for several weeks and wanted the problem fixed before we left. Fernando arranged for Austin and Luke to come out and repair the fixture before we had to leave. They came when Fernando promised they would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. There is a reason that Phoenix has a perfect 5 star rating! I highly recommend Fernando and his team!

They showed up on time, got right down to correcting the broken circuitry and followed the problem back to the source. No excuses or guessing... they made sure the breaker functioned as it should. The defective 24V switching unit (1980 vintage) was easily replaced and now the room light works. They didn't leave until I was satisfied all was functional. I would recommend this efficient crew on my next puzzling blackout.

While visiting Toronto I stayed with a friend in Markham and tried to help with repairing a minor but critical electrical issue. Phoenix was highly recommended by the local lighting supply store. I hired Fernando and his team to install my hot tub and they did an amazing job. From the beginning, Fernando always kept in contact and always called you back to follow up on any questions. Fernando explained everything he was going to do and was able to accomplish it with no issues. They ran the wiring through my finished basement with out making any holes in the ceiling utilizingthe existing holes from the pot lights. They also converted the hot tub from the 120v to 240v for me. I would highly recommend this company for any and all electrical needs.

I sent an email inquiring about a light fixture installation on New Year's Eve, around dinner time, I wasn't expecting a reply until after the holiday season. The thing is, I have a holiday party to host on Jan. 4th and I thought if I could get this light fixture installed before then, it would make the pictures we would be taking so much better. Well, I was so amazed when I got a reply to my inquiry that same night just minutes later. I was able to confirm an appointment the very next day, to have my light fixture installed on January 3rd, the day before the party.The electricians arrived early on Jan 3rd. It was immediately evident that they have done many installations before. They were very efficient, clean, and professional.
