Poke bowls are my favourite take out dish and unfortunately I was a little disappointed with my bowl at Poke Co. I ordered the Afro Samurai and felt the veggies were not fresh and was a little dry. I may be a tough critic but I have had better sushi like bowls in Waterloo, Guelph and Toronto which were all the same price or even less.Probably would not order again at this price point.

Amazing service and food!!Just went in on my out of town at West harbour go. Got a build my own poke bowl lime and coconut pudding with a bubbly and it is amazing.Crab salad poke bowlWith ramen egg addedChatted with the very polite woman who took my order for a little bit, very sweet and friendly.Please support your local restaurants!!! They sure need it!!

Delicious poke with great portions and such amazing flavours. The fish is always fresh and the variety of bowls are so unique. Always my go-to when visiting hamilton! I highly recommend dining in because the restaurant has such a bright atmosphere :)

Poke bowls are always a nice healthy option and this place is no exception. A nice relaxing dining room and some friendly staff make are positives. Enjoyed my Nacho Libre bowl, which was a nice blend of two different cuisines.

My go to place when I don’t pack a lunch for work. It is so filling and healthy and is ready quickly. I never order ahead and am in and out in less than 10 mins when I show up on my lunch break. I usually get the Afro samurai, but I could literally eat an entire container of just the crab salad it is so good. I was so pumped they opened a location downtown since it’s closer to me.

This review is long overdue. I had the pleasure to eat at Poke Co back in July 2022 while taking a family trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls and I have to say that this is probably one of the best poke bowls I've ever had. I chose to build my own as I'm a foodie, and if they can get all of my favorites right, then I'm a happy eater. I chose brown rice, salmon (so fresh), edamame, pickled ginger, chickpeas, carrots, cilantro, kimchi and avocado. The presentation was beautiful and everything was so fresh. My mom had the Nacho Libre and of course we had to share, it was so yummy!! The rice was cooked to perfection. It was so good I had to ask them what brand they use. Needless to say, mine doesn't come close to being as good as theirs. My hubby had their chaka khan bowl and it did not disappoint; everything was fresh and delicious. I was a little nervous about my 2 kids, who had never eaten poke before. They also chose BYOB with chicken as their protein, carrots, corn, cucumber and they loved it as well. If you have a chance to go to Poke Co, please do, I highly recommend it. I wish we had this same restaurant close to where I live, I would go there at least 2x per week.

I would say that over-all I think it was good. I really like the staff they are very friendly and attentive. The food was good, but I think for the value it was a bit of a mismatch for me. I would actually put my rating at a 3.5. When I am thinking about things like a pokebowl I'm expecting more fish it in then the other ingredients. I got the GO GO Godzilla, I felt like the balance between the meat and the other ingredients was a bit off. I did feel a big cheated there. I think things like seaweed salad should not be a premium side as its a staple at other poke places. ON the plus side, the ingredients, are very fresh and the taste is there. I would eat here again but would get something else and maybe a double portion of protein.

Fantastic new location on James Street North. My partner and I ordered the Afro Samurai, and the Easy-E. Both had delicious fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Well priced for the portion sizes which definitely will fill you up. The staff is friendly and will tend to any needs you may require. Will definitely be returning!

I ate many Poke Bowls in so many locations when I travel the world. This one is a special hidden Gem!! They start at 15$ or you can create your own bowl (up to 25$) not cheap but so beautiful made and high quality. The crab" Salad was extraordinary!!! Highly recommended!!! Ps. Water was included"
