My Pixel 7 Pro was recently afflicted with the dreaded dead pixels issue, and I was sent over to the Mobile Klinik at the Boardwalk by Google to have the display replaced on warranty. I experienced courteous and professional service by Yogesh from the moment I walked in and my phone display was replaced in under an hour, as promised. Phone works great now!

I have a new Google Pixel 7 Pro. It started doing weird things. My experience trying to get it fixed with Rogers was abysmal - too much to write! I went into Mobile Klinik at The Boardwalk and the two fellows there knew what was wrong as soon as I explained what the phone was doing. It needed a new screen. They were able to get one the following day and it was fixed in an hour. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! It's been a while since I have been impressed with customer service anywhere, so it was a pleasant experience.

I came in without an appointment with my phone and the replacement part (a new back camera cover). Arun installed it and sent me on my way in under 5 minutes, great staff, great service. I will absolutely be back next time I break my phone.

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Fast, Friendly, Punctual. Price was charged as quoted with no issues or up-sells. Just got a repair yesterday, and everything is working as it should so far!FYI - depending on your comfort level, you don't need to provide your phone's passcode at drop off. You have the option to remain in-store and unlock as needed for the testing process - which they do quite thoroughly after the repair to ensure its all working well before you leave! Budget an hour or so to hang around for testing, but the option is yours.Great service from this Mobile Klinik! Would recommend and come again.
