For the longest time I could not find a gym or fitness studio that truly worked for me, until I found FTBH. I actually thought I was the kind of person who hated gym workouts and the whole high-intensity fitness culture, it was a true shock to discover that not only did I like gym workouts, I loved them! This is all thanks to this team. I lost an incredible 20 pounds in 3 months with the help and support of these women. Weight loss wasn't actually my real goal, building muscle and tone was. I did 3 sessions a week between almost all the trainers. They are ALL so wonderful, so kickass, and so inspiring. We made goals, we smashed goals and they were my ultimate cheerleading squad. If you're ready for change, this place will get you there. Thanks FTBH! <3

While my regular personal trainer was away I was lucky enough to be able to work with Romina. It was wonderful how she was able to make a smooth transition since I have a number of physical issues that require special attention. Romina is a kind, caring and and knowledgeable trainer and I am so thankful that she was able to work with me.

I have been training with Brenlee for about a year now. When I first started I was quite intimidated by the gym because I had minimal experience with working out. Brenlee was so inviting and encouraging from the get go! She is always aware of the areas that I want to work on and incorporates fun and different exercise regimens for me. I feel like I am consistently improving as Brenlee constantly challenges me and helps me work towards my fitness goals. I look forward to every session because I know I’ll feel stronger coming out of it. Thanks Brenlee and F2BH for fostering such an inclusive and inviting environment for me to workout in!

Have been working out with this group for 3 months and am SO happy with it. Extremely knowledgeable and personable trainers with their own unique and adaptive styles, I've really loved getting to know everyone. Additionally, coming to a women's-only facility is so empowering, there's a great vibe here. I feel way more comfortable trying, failing and make progress against my goals.Feeling stronger and more confident after every session, couldn't recommend this place and the trainers more.

I highly recommend fit to be healthy to anyone! Been here for months, and am seeing changes in my body, becoming stronger, and reaching my goals.I have been training with Susan, Holly, and Gillian. They all have different styles in coaching, but they are all super experienced and make customized workouts, identify pain points and solutions, and improve my health. The trainers here are super knowledgeable. The owner, Susan, is not only professional and passionate but also truly cares about all her clients.It has always been so much fun in every session, and I always look forward to upcoming sessions.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ivka today as my Pilates introduction instructor. She made an otherwise intimidating experience feel warm and safe. Ivka is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her attention to detail and form!Now, I must speak of Fit to be healthy space. It is small enough to feel private, but large enough to incorporate many mediums for fitness; weight training, resistance, yoga and a reformer. I love that I can hybridise my training, and it can evolve with me! Fantastic experience by a new member!

I've worked with the trainers at Fit2BH from Feb 2022 to present, 2x week. Transformational.Always mindful not to push me too far, they still manage to challenge me with new exercises, improvements to form, and progressive weights.Impressively, they're really perceptive - seeing when a barrier is not physical but in my head or self-esteem, and asking me thoughtful questions to get me to push through.Clients there are varied - lots like me (heavy) and others trim and athletic, and the trainers progress with all.HIGHLY recommend. Each trainer I've had (Eloise, Klaudia, Branlee, Susan, Gillian) has been constructive, really skilled, and professional. Eloise for example has a way of making you feel like she's personally invested in every progress, improvement, and goal you have.I tried diet adjustments and a health app for months before Fit2BH, but it was here that I increased my functional capacity and strength, expanding my daily movement so I'm happy to be active and no longer 'sedentary'.

When I first started with Negin I had absolutely no experience in a gym. Gyms had always intimidated me but as I entered my 30s I knew I had to start looking after myself. So I gave it a go and I’m so glad I did!Negin was absolutely brilliant from day 1. She made me feel immediately at ease and encouraged me in every session. She’s pushed me and taught me so much and now I feel heaps stronger and healthier. Look no further your PT is here! Highly recommend!
