Ordered furniture for my new house in May 2021. It is now October 28. After 3 delays…. Dining room table is still not available! No updates provided to client from store, continually having to call to get information on furniture. Do not sell furniture if you can not supply it to your clients!! Very disappointing!

You may see a lot of fancy furniture in Structube, but you would never see their poor quality unless you purchase them. I bought a bed frame, after trying to assemble it I faced three different issues, as you can see in the photo. A bend on the side bars, and three locations of dent, and a damaged thread. Talking to the store they told me they would only exchange with the floor model. After another hassle to travel and exchange the parts, I assembled it. But again the bars holding the mattress were short and the mattress fell into the frame while I was sleeping on. Terrible Quality!The worst part is after going to store (4th trip) they said they can not refund it as 7 days past! it is really outrageous to see they are not admitting the terrible quality of their products and instead protecting themselves by 7 days refund policy. After all these years I have not seen such a terrible business model. Now I have paid for a bed frame which does not function sitting in my room . Try to avoid their modular design (they have zero quality assurance) and good luck for their customer service which does not exist!I am still waiting for the actual help. I hope the owner does not come here and put some cliche words, like we are sorry, please contact this or that.

Really disappointed with the service. I have ordered a table in August and was suppose to receive it end of August and it is now November. Every time i call i am put on hold for a long period of time and feel forgotten. I am always promised a new set of dates of when my table will arrive and it never does! I did receive the product at the store in beginning of October but the table was broken. I asked for a refund and have been refused, i have been told it will come before Christmas but i doubt it.

I have had an awful customer service experience with Structube. I wanted to avoid advertising it in a public forum but the extreme disorganization of this company has left me no other choice. I ordered the RICO office chair online from Structube with a scheduled delivery date of June 2. I received the chair and immediately noticed that the item was defective - the main two pieces did not fit together, it was if they had been assembled upside down. I immediately contacted Structube and was told I would have a follow-up soon. I did not hear back for 67 hours. When I did, via email, I was told to call the customer support line. I did so and was told I would receive a new chair on June 9. Nothing earlier due to slow processing times and limited delivery dates. When I received the new chair on June 9 it had the EXACT same problem. I again contacted Structube immediately. I was told I would have a follow up shortly. Again, i received a follow up around 70 hours later. I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was told that manufacturing defects like this never happen. The person I spoke with said she would look into a solution for me and follow-up shortly. I received an email about an hour later asking me to call in to schedule a return. I called, very confused at this point, asking what the solution would be. Each time I called, I would be put in the hands of a different rep who had no idea what was going on. This time, I was put on hold for ten minutes while the agent went to go ask around to see what could be done. The girl i had originally spoken with had left for the day. The technical department said it was impossible for the chair to be defective twice and i probably wasn't installing it properly. Wrong and wrong. I was told I could try another exchange and hope the chair was better or I could get a return with my money back. According to my agent there was no way I could get a chair that would be guaranteed to work with any kind of compensation for my troubles. After two weeks of living in a new place with no seating (especially troublesome as I work from home) I had had enough and asked for a return to be scheduled and a full refund. I also asked to speak with a manager or supervisor on multiple occasions. Each time I was told I'm the person dealing with your account". I tried to reach anyone who might listen to my frustration and my complaint about this awful customer service to no avail. Now I am without a functioning chair and am stuck with this defective product until the company finally comes to pick it up. Do not purchase from Structube. You will receive defective products and then rip your hair out trying to sort out their mistakes. They genuinely don't care about your satisfaction or making things right."

Very disappointed with the customer service received at this location. Advice to all - if you are planning to move to another city or province, do NOT place an order with them through their store. Contact the store at the new location and deal through them directly. I wanted one of my orders delivered to the store at the new location and even though on the Structube website it clearly said that was a possibility, I was told the store at the new location was too small so it was not an option. This was completely false. The store at the new location is 3 times bigger if not more than this store. No calls or a follow-up with the other store was made to find out if in fact the 2 armchairs could be delivered to the store. I ended up having to pay the 90$ delivery fee and after going to see them in person to confront them about their mistake they supposedly made follow-ups but was then told there was nothing they could do. Also, when I placed my order I told them when we were to have possession of our new house and exactly when we needed the furniture to arrive. They told me I would receive a call the day we booked in the system to schedule the delivery. Two days after that day came I still did not receive a call so I contacted the store for them to find out why nobody had called me. They said it was impossible for them to contact the delivery company and that they found out that the day booked in the system meant the furniture would leave the distribution centre that day so the delay as of that date was 1-2 weeks to receive a call and schedule the delivery. This meant the furniture would not arrive in time and I had no idea when it would so I decided to contact the store at the new location to find out if they were able to contact the delivery company and within 30 seconds I got a call back with a specific date I would expect someone to contact me to schedule the delivery. This whole situation was stressful and frustrating to say the least and it could have all been avoided had they done the necessary follow-ups to find out about the delivery to the store and if the date booked in the system made sense to receive the furniture in time. I had placed a second order for a larger sofa that is backordered and after having these issues with them I did not hesitate to transfer my order over to the store at the new location where their customer service more than exceeds the one received at this location.

It’s the terrible shop! We bought in may 2021 all furniture for new house ! We pay everything and they must delivery in 1-st September! We knew that we will have new furniture that’s why we sold all over furniture! But in the end of august they said that they sold everything. Some furniture will be in October some in November ! We even have no bed and chairs. They promise over bed in October. How we must to sleep and where ?!When we pay in may they promised everything in 1-st September.

Such a beautiful store!! The layout and furniture is so inspiring! The staff is also very helpful, especially Samkël! I recently ordered a bench and when I received it, the bolts were missing. Samkël was very pleasant and accommodating. He gave me the required equipment from the floor model and now I can enjoy my lovely furniture.

It's a nice store overall. The staff is very friendly and know their items very well. I find that the store is very crowded in terms of furniture; there are too many items too close to each other that you can barely walk around. My only real complaint is that once you buy something, the waiting time until they receive it if not in stock is pretty long (2-4 weeks, sometime longer...). But they have nice things and I keep buying!

Had a good experience. The chairs I bought look great and they came assembled. All i had to do was take them out of the box and remove the plastic. Very affordable and modern furniture.Would be 5 stars, but it took almost 2 weeks for my chairs to be delivered to the store for pickup. And there is nobody to help load them into your car except the young girls who work in the store. Not a huge deal, but i found it odd.
