Granden Auto

I had Granden Auto replace a water pump in my 2017 Rav 4. The work was completed very quickly, not to mention saving me a few bucks from having it done at a dealership. Thanks guys.

Granden Auto has been my go-to mechanic for my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the past year. They have been so extremely helpful, and they're very knowledgeable and do great work. I have never had any issues with any of the work that they have done for me. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you guys at Granden Auto!

When the glow plug light started flashing on my volkswagen, I called the dealership and they wanted minimum $200 to scan for the code plus shop charges etc. My husband is a volkswagen master tech but he was out of town with the scanner. My co-worker told me about the great experience he had with Granden Auto so I called them. They offered to do the scan later that day and when I showed up, there was no waiting. He did the scan and printed the codes that were generated and suggested a shop that could do the repair. He was honest enough to tell me he couldn't do the job and he wouldn't take any money for the scan. This is just an honest auto repair shop that I would highly recommend. Also, my dog loved him and he hates everyone.

This afternoon my car broke down between Red Deer and Edmonton I was able to limp it into Black Falds to Granden Auto. The man who helped me was so awesome. Not only did he get me back on the road he did it with 10 minutes to closing time. Thank you so much.

The guys at Granden Auto really saved my a** today! I was 100km from home when the front end of my truck started grinding horribly! I limped it in to their shop and although they were already swamped with work, they were able to get my truck in and replace the front wheel bearing hub assembly for me! Super appreciate the fantastic service, the fair pricing and the honest integrity! I'll definitely use the services of Granden Auto again! 150% recommended! Thanks, fellas!

Got the referral from my neighbour, called the shop but they were closed for the week due to holidays. However, Alvin called me a couple days before New Years and offered to do a basic diagnostic right away (unfortunately I wasn’t able to). Called them on the 3rd when they reopened, got my vehicle in that day, they had it overnight and at 3:00 the next day, called me to say it was done and ready to go, explained what they did. So all in all, amazing shop, professional, timely, cost effective and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. Thank you to Alvin and his crew. You’ll continue to get my service.

Gave an extra star because I have been treated very well in the past for inquiries and small issues.I was happy to have the convenience of shopping local and supporting a local business. I decided to bring my car in for a wheel alignment. Really disappointed that it was not completed properly. After discussing the issue 2 times I’m am less confident in their ability to align my car properly. I am frustrated that I wasted my money, I now need to go to a dealership and pay again for the same repair.
