RV City Sales, Parts and Service Centre in Nisku

I had a very positive experience dealing with this place. Particular kudos go to Ray the technician, who spent over 2 hours patiently walking me through the trailer and setting up a weight distribution hitch. The NIsku location of RV City has a nice, relaxed, home-like vibe to it as it is much smaller than their Morinville location. You don't feel rushed and the people who work here actually take the time to listen to you and answer all of your questions. Have yet to take my new trailer on to a camping trip and keeping my fingers crossed that everything will go smoothly!

Jessie the service rep is very helpful, professional and pays attention to all details. Good thing he followed up with me about my appointment as I had forgotten. Good job, thanks. The men in back performing the service work were great as well they kept me informed through the whole process and guided me on what parts were required this year for reliable use. Good job Jordan and Ray....Thanks.

If I was able to I would give this place 0 stars. I understand everybody during the month of May is trying to get their RVs in for the regular repairs, who doesn't love camping in this nice Alberta weather? I had a complaint with the front desk, parts, and even the manager who all three do not seem to know anything about costumer service. My RV had been dropped off and guaranteed to be ready for pick up within three weeks due to expressing I had a trip coming up for the end of the month. Well the way they like to do their business is have your RV sit for roughly one week, then maybe order the parts you are looking for, (which seems to be a difficult task according to their parts employee I spoke to on the phone.) After trying to resolve the issue was then told my RV will be put on the street for pick up when I could get to them. So no longer in their lot secured. Very Poor management, very poor customer service staff. If you are looking for word of mouth so people are aware of your business this is not how to treat out of town costumer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! (In my opinion they do not deserve a 4.5 star rating)

Enquired about a tent trailer and made an offer. Said we'd come in Saturday just after 1pm. Upon arrival we were told it sold 30 minutes before we arrived. We had full intentions of purchasing in cash.If you know someone has an offer on the unit and coming in you don't sell it beneath them.We won't be doing business with you unfortunately.

Sales are great but after sales services is not. I have had some small issues with my trailer and I get the impression they do care as they got their money. The latest is my stabilizer is slipping on the tongue, when I called they told me I would have to wait and they attitude was like why are you calling us for that?" I purchased my stabilizer with my unit and it was installed by them. I guess I have to figure it out on my own."

For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond.If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there.Try them out!!

Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond! I have mainly had dealing with Kim and she has proven to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I want to thank all of the staff for making my transition to a motorhome owner flawless.

Andrew and Ashley are amazing! They worked with us in our complicated situation and made everything very easy, even when it was frustrating and having hiccups they made sure everything was as smooth sailing as it should be! I definitely recommend Andrew as your sales person, he’s very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I definitely recommend RV City for all your trailer needs. I spent months looking and researching and I’m so glad Jayco has the best trailers out there!! We are very happy with ours only thing I don’t recommend when you live full-time in a trailer is a tankless water heater! You waste a lot of water before you get hot water which isn’t good! But other then that it’s been amazing!

Wow an Unbelievable Service Experience! OK on Saturday August 30th we picked up our new Jayco White Hawk 27RK at RV City in Morinville. On holiday Monday when I went to drain the Grey Water Tanks, nothing, pull the valve, nada. OK everything is closed. Tuesday morning at 8am I called the service department in Nisku and spoke to Aleah who said to just get it here as soon as you can. Off we went, when we got there smiles all around and we were assured that they would get to the bottom of it. They did and got us on our way in about 5 hours, smiles all around! We drove to Hinton and spent the night (we live in British Columbia). The next morning, went to pull the black, again nothing. We once again called Aleah and told her what had happened and she asked if we could come back, yes we did (RV City in Morinville where we bought, compensated us with $300 for Diesel). Again when we arrived smiles all around, people going above and beyond to help. We dropped the trailer off and my wife Barbara and I went back to the truck, we looked at each other wondering if this was ever going to end, did we get a lemon? Will this continue for as long as we have the unit? We went inside and expressed to Aleah that maybe we have the wrong trailer, she went and spoke to Nisku Sales Manager Glen Leeder who came out shook our hands and took us to his office, again smiles all around. We expressed to Glen our concern, he completely understood and went on to explain how manufacturing has suffered during Covid and errors were being made and overlooked. However he went on to say that they were there to help and to make sure we were satisfied. The next day at 3pm the trailer was ready to go! The issue resolved, they also fixed a couple of small items that we noticed and replaced the Black Flush Valve that was on recall. Smiles all around! I cannot say how impressed we have been with the Service we received at RV City in Nisku, it was unbelievable how they seemed to drop everything and get our trailer ready for us to get home, not once but twice. Aleah, Glen, The Sales Manage Jon who came and reassured us that anytime we had an issue just to call and he would be there, as well as Ben the Service Tech for his hard work and explanations of what had been happening. Danica and the Parts Lady everyone thank you for your Service and help. Again above and Beyond! Grand Design and Arctic Fox. All being repaired under warranty. Each stated that 75% of their service departments work orders are manufacturing defects/errors on new units.
