I went through the drive thru and ordered a Beyond Burger and the woman taking my order specifically asked if I wanted cheese on it and I said no. I’ve been vegan for 5 years and so don’t eat dairy but when I started eating my burger later I didn’t even think to check if there was cheese and so ate most of it before I realized there was. That was very upsetting when I clearly expressed I didn’t want any and could now get quite sick from it. I’m disappointed they didn’t take that more seriously. I’m sure it was a mistake but that could cause people with allergies or who aren’t used to eating dairy very sick and it was a mistake that made me violate my beliefs. Wouldn’t trust this location again.

I ordered a Spicey habanero chicken burger. There was no tomato on it, two shreds of lettuce, no sauce and it was very dry. I spent $16.00 for such disappointment.

Had the teen burger with onion rings instead of fries. The order was completed quickly and correctly as I did have some condiments removed.Love A&W root beer.Staff were courteous and the dining room was very clean.

A&W is my favorite take out, always had good tasting burgers, and great onion rings, wish they would bring back the coney sauce they had bag in the 60's, was always tasty on fries!
