Wonderful range of services provided! It’s like having a personal assistant and I didn’t realise how much business I was missing out on. I was using a different call answering service in Calgary but needed suggestions to INCREASE Revenue & Decrease Costs & Improve customer Satisfaction.When you advertise that you answer the phone 24/7, you need a Service Provider that provides Consistently Quality 24/7 ( have had multiple previous Call Answering Services)They also Book appts into my calendar & Take payments from clients to confirm apptsThey also ask for feedback to improve their services which shows their attention to detail!Thank You for Being Awesome

Two words: Stress reliever! I was skeptical at first, didn’t think I needed their service but signed up to their free two-week trial because I had nothing to lose. My skepticism was erased within the first day or two. As a small business owner/operator, I had no idea how much work I was actually doing by myself. Since having jump contact center helping me out it made me realize I can off load some of my tasks and relieve a lot of my burden. They are a great benefit, taking all my customer requests when I can’t which has allowed me to further develop and focus on my business.

Their 24hr call and FB page answering services allows you to rest assured that your customers' needs are getting met and that you deals aren't getting lost. Set up with Jump Contact was extremely easy and their team is very approachable. Working with Jump Contact reinforced the idea that by the time my customers pick up the phone, they want to talk to someone about their issue, not to an automated system or some chatbot.
