Excellent service from Neil. Not pushy just extremely helpful. He helped us pick out an awesome couch and chair and a half. We absolutely love it!!!The Ashley’s Store in Stoney creek is beautiful and has such a great selection to choose from. I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from there. This is our first time shopping at Ashley and we will definitely go back and highly recommend it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a nice smile and welcomed by Adam. We were looking to invest in a kitchen table. Adam and Mahi came to see us and ensured that we were looked after and that we felt comfortable. What an exemplary experience. We ended up making the deal to purchase a beautiful table and 10 chairs! As a part of the deal we ended up meeting Gigi the Manager, what a wonderful and caring person she is as well. We had a budget and they made it work! Oh…..forgot to add, they are delivering the furniture this Wednesday!!!! Talk about service!! Thank you so much Gigi, Adam and Mahi! Sincerely

This was our first visit to the Ashley store. It was beautiful! So tidy. Such wide selection of shapes and textures. Our sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy! We had already bought accent chairs from another store, and now we’re returning them because Ashley offered a better quality product at a better price! We’re very excited to have these new chairs in our home.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. The staff was friendly and low pressure. They were helpful and honest recommending product that had better reviews. I ended up buying most of my furniture from here because of the quality and the selection. I ended up getting some huge savings, so that was a bonus! The store was clean and well decorated. I was also impressed that a lot of their furniture was ready to ship, as I expected I'd have to wait months and months. Overall, it was a great experience and I would shop here again!

I don't know what to make of these reviews. They are not helpful at all for the following reason - The vast majority of reviews are positive, but they talk about helpful, knowledgeable salespeople and the great selection in a beautiful showroom. Of course things go smoothly when someone is trying to sell you something and want your money. The true test is the quality, long term durability and strength of warranty of the merchandise you purchase. If you look strictly at the reviews that deal with quality/durability/warranty, there are suddenly more negative reviews than positive ones. Perhaps if people who have lived with Ashley HomeStore products for a year or more gave their opinion, there would be a more meaningful and legitimate evaluation of the merchandise.

The furniture and experience at the store was good as usual. 0 complaints. The delivery was brutal. They gave me a 3 hour time range to be home for. Planned with work to be off. They then showed up an hour and a half early. We're rude on the phone and when they arrived. Said they'd be back at 2 o'clock then didn't show up till 415.

Purchased a couch that was supposed to be delivered a few days later. Apparently their system went down so I did not receive my item. I was then promised a second delivery date at which time my couch did not show up again because “someone canceled it”. I had to drive into the store 3 times to speak to the managers in person because no one would reach out to me via phone or email to let me know where my item was. It took them a third time to finally get me the couch. This went on for 3 weeks with no communication from anyone. I had to fight for compensation for the severe inconvenience and am still currently waiting for it another two weeks after the fact. Poor poor customer service on all ends.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Read the fine print!! They have a repair over replace policy meaning if your furniture is delivered damaged Ashley will not give you new furniture. You will be expected to wait for months for parts to be installed. It is ridiculous. I received my couch with multiple stains and a hole in the back after the delivery men dragged the couch up my driveway. I was then told that there was nothing they could do and I must wait 2 months for the pieces to be ordered and for someone to come and install them. Literally I had to have the entire couch re-covered. I spent weeks on the phone with customer service agents who were rude and unaccommodating. Spend your money somewhere else because from all the reading I've done most of their deliveries are damaged with the plan to just repair them once they are in house. Such a horrible company!

We had a very pleasant experience at this Ashley store. Lots of the furniture stores that we have been to have been very pushy, just trying to close a quick deal.I really appreciated that they just let us roam around and look at things on our own time. The associate Bella was very patient and gave us a bunch of options.The furniture there is of very high quality. All of the other stores in the Hamilton area that we checked had questionable quality for similar prices.All in all if you have the budget for it (it is expensive but you get what you pay for) then this is a great place to find quality furniture. It was our first time there but we’ll definitely shop there again.

My score is 5 out of 5.I have had my sofa chaise for a week now and I absolutely love it! It is exactly what I was looking for in terms of style, size and comfort.I also just want to mention that when the delivery team arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. They were both very professional and took great care in getting the sofa chaise into my home. The set up and clean up was quick. You could tell they knew what they were doing.Also please give thanks to Leni at your Stoney Creek location for being amazing. She answered all my questions and did everything to get the process started. All I had to do was go into my email, click the link and make the purchase.I am completely satisfied. A great job from beginning to end!Thank you!
