After visiting the French River visitor centre take a walk on the trails to the William E Small suspension bridge.As you walk over the bridge be sure to capture the scenic views of the French River and area

If you are a snowmobiler this is the reason you need to buy a trail pass. The Ontario Federation of Snowmobilers trail pass is the cheapest part of snowmobiling. Worth every cent! We are blessed to have this organization to keep the sport alive. Thank you to the volunteers, trail maintenance crews and the administration for keeping cause going.

Just saw this on the map on our way to Sudbury. Didn't have enough time to explore trail to falls but the bridge is just walking distance from information center. Amazing views and good place to get some fresh air when ling distance driving.

QUICK GET OFF THE HIGHWAY and take this very short detour to check out this bridge. Beautiful early January views. I cannot wait to visit in the summer and check out this French river.

Slightly windy. I could feel the bridge swaying in the breeze. A walking, cycling bridge in warm weather, a skiing, snowmobile bridge in winter. Photo taken 2013.

Love the view of French river from the bridge. It's a very cool suspension bridge. It's easy to get from the highway. The bridge is near to the visitor center. The park is sacred land of Indigenous people.French river was famous for logging industry in 1800's - (just a fact I read on the internet)

This is a very cool suspension bridge to check out! Its a short and easy walk from the French River PP Visitor Center parking lot. It's such a beautiful view looking down the French River when you're standing on the bridge. Pretty cool that it's a snowmobile bridge in the winter too. It's definitely worth the visit if you're in the area.
