I am a very upset mother.My son's morning bus driver was off and sick, which I TOTALLY FEEL FOR. She's a really nice lady. But how it was dealt with was horrible.I received a call in the morning to tell me that they have a new driver, understandable to be a little late. My boyfriend had to call them in order for them to let us know they're going to be late. My son was picked up 8:30am and he was late for school.TODAY, he was picked up 1.5 hour late! My boyfriend had to call the place 8 times for them to FIND" a driver to pick up my son and my son was 1.5 hour late for school. Weather given

Stock Transportation is the example of how a system can be totally ruined where there are no other alternatives. I don't know if this is a public corporation or how they won the contract as a TDSB vendor. They are not accountable to anyone !My son is getting picked up and dropped off almost an hour later than the scheduled time starting from this school year. When we asked, they could not provide any explanation. We heard from other parents that this is very normal for this route. We are going to lodge a formal complaint soon - the stress and anxiety that my child is going through matters !

The worst transportation service in whole Ontario, if not in the whole Canada. They constantly lie about their availability and miss their schedule most of the time. Don't trust your business or your kids with them. Utter disgrace to Canadian service industry. Sadly have to give 1 star but google should start introducing 0 or negative stars for this type of company.

This is the worst bus company ever I've been going through a nightmare every morning the bus is over 1hour late my son is late for school every day im stress to the limit the operators at stock transportation are liars and rude something has to be done the Tdsb my son is missing to many days off at school and being late

This is the absolute worst bus service I have ever dealt with! I would rate it zero if I could! For 2 weeks my child has been an hour late for school because they didn't have a driver for his route, and trying to call is useless nobody ever answers the phone TDSB really needs to find a new bus service for students because this is just pathetic!!!

Drive 6 years for them. What people don't understand is that besides the pandemic in our city all the drivers are doing there best to do a great job. The inside staff is also doing their best to accommodate everyone. Picking up the phone to get yelled at is not productive. Teach your children patience. Your not a good role model for your children yelling at any company. Let the company do their job. It's like wearing to many hats in any company. No company is magic just trying to survive from the worst pendemic in history. Or at least one that took lives. Some drivers lives. Patience. Let all try to have some kind of empathy

One of the worst Canadian school transportation Company. They never comes on time. When you call them , get ready to dial at least 15-20 times before they pick up their number. Once they picks up, they will transfer you to dispatcher and it goes to voicemail. then you have to redial again for at least 15 times to get someone.but unfortunately working parents have no choice.

My son is not having a bus for last 3 weeks due to not having any driver on his route. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. He is not been able to attend school regularly due to this and his future is getting jeopardized. Such an awful experience in such an North American country. Highly disappointed. The staffs I guess are trained to misbehave while we call the company to get any sort of information.
