over priced i can purchase the same luggage retail at any store for the same price so why is the outlet store so expensive?

Bye Bye Samsonite!! Absolutely horrible policies if you ever consider ordering online from Samsonite Canada. I ordered a Canada Collection carry on for $225 and before receiving the luggage price went down to $139!!! Sent some emails and tried to contact Samsoniite online but unfortunately no response…finally managed to speak to customer service after holding the line for more than half an hour. Brittany gave me 2 nice options- 1. Return and order again or 2. If our competitors are selling it cheaper than they can do a price match, but if Samsonite reduces the price then nothing can be done. I have be using Samsonite forever and didn’t expect this kind of policy from them.

Good service and reasonably priced high quality luggage. Even after choosing luggage the sales person was nice enough to show us similar luggage that was slightly cheaper on sale.

Great service till you have problems. Can’t get our luggage open, full of clothes and personal items from a trip, called store in Edmonton international Airport where we bought it. We did what was suggested, didn’t work, called back they gave us a phone number, not in service, called back they wouldn’t answer the phone till 3rd time. Was told to google Samsonite customer service. Basically washed their hands of us. We are 6 hours away from any store.

Very disappointed. I had a few friends up from China who wanted to buy luggage. When they went to this store they were treated like garbage and given snide comments because they had noticed a defective zipper and asked for a different one. They both believe that the manager was racist. Dont buy your luggage here.

We experienced a problem with a suitcase purchased last September and took it into the store today. The customer service received was first rate and they had the problem resolved shortly. Very impressed and highly recommend.

The trendy wallet was a fantastic gift exchange item. We filled it with lotto tickets.
