Have been taking my Service Dog for the past three years. Prior to COVID-19 Pandemic and still to this day. I was always present during the grooming and enjoyed great conversations. The grooming was always absolute perfection. Then Covid-19 literally quashed our lives in every aspect of being. Lockdowns, Isolations, losses not ever experienced since 1918. The 1918 influenza pandemic, commonly referred to as the Spanish Flu, was the most severe and deadliest pandemic of the 20th century. This pandemic was caused by a novel strand of the H1N1 virus that had avian origins. It is estimated that approximately one third of the world’s population (at that time) became infected with the virus.100 YEARS.To ALL those who have posted NEGATIVE reviews within the past TWO YEARS, Shame on YOU!! When lockdown" eased and businesses could slowly open a door but ONLY under restrictions

If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I booked my elderly pug here to get his nails trimmed, because of covid we were not able to be in the building while he was getting done. The groomer comes out 2 minutes later in a panic because my dog was not breathing. She had a cone that was at least two sizes too small strapped around his neck and was suffocating him! She didn’t even think to take the cone off his neck after he stopped breathing. As soon as I took the cone off of him he gasped for air and was in horrible condition for hours after we brought him home. It was a horrific experience to say the least.

I have booked 2 appointments here. The first one , when I arrived the appointment wasn't in the system and it was an ordeal to get the grooming done.I just booked an appointment today, July 17 and I show up and they've changed the and on me saying they contacted me when they didn't. I planned by day around it and now can't get the grooming done. Their customer service and communication is AWFUL.I won't be going back. DO NOT BOOK HERE

I just called for the first time and she said she is not accepting new clients. Terrible business service! There lost! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Did an incredible job with our Havanese puppy, she looked like a little princess!

I have taken Cassie my yorkie here a few times and was always pleased, Sveta my groomer always gave her a little bow in her hair or a scarf around her neck ,she is very friendly, I would highly recommend Kibbles and Clips on anyone ,see you again soon
