Store should have more employees. Food is good, but ALWAYS takes a long time to be prepared. Drive through is going to take 10-15 mins when it gets busy. Definitely don’t expect this long of a wait at a fast food restaurant.

I have to give a negative 5 star for my review!!!I ordered two teen burgers with drinks and French fries Yesterday evening (around 6:50 pm on 10/31/2022).The burger was covered with a dark burned layer and just warm outside, but the meat inside was still cold.I had to remove the black layer to eat, I could not finish. It was horrible!The meat was reused definitely (previously cooked).I was a regular but I am very very disappointed with a customer care from recent several visits.I decided not to go to the A&W. NEVER!How come you can sell the GARBAGE!You can make a little money at the time of the sale, but I am sure you will loose your customers eventually.

I love A&W breakfast. They often have coupons and the staff here are very friendly. The bacon and egg breakfast sandwich was so delicious and the classic breakfast can never go wrong! Don’t forget to try their hash brown! Highly recommended.

Update: Great place to visit at night, dine in open until 1am. Their root beer shake is pretty great. Huge fan. I also love the design in store with the sinks out front! The beyond meat burger is pretty good and their dine in is open later than McDonalds. It can be a bit chilly and I wish there were more vegetarian options.Fantastic service and great prices if you use coupons online. The hand washing station is really convenient and the food tastes really great. Their efforts to be more environmentally friendly are also admirable and their high quality ingredients really show. An awesome place to eat!

Store is suppose to open at 7am, drive thru is suppose to be open 24 hours, I went at 11am and the store was completely dark, no one was at drive thru. I saw two employees in the dark heading to open the doors inside so Im assuming they were only just getting ready to open the store. The employees I've encountered are always nice and polite so I don't fault them, it feels like a management and staffing problem.

First time visit this location. We were there around 11:10am on a weekday. We went in and waited for a few minutes then leave. People are busy finish up the previous orders for customers who are already waiting for food. There were about 3 people waiting for the food. Seems like they are out of control for the existing orders. Therefore we decided to leave and get food from other places.

Poor customer service and rude response. This is the second time that they messed up with our order. Last time (April 08, 2023)they didn’t send half of the food we had ordered.This time, three of the four burgers came with burnt buns. When I called to complain, they told me it is not their problem, and we need to contact Uber and complain or ask for a refund! It is as if Uber made that food. It is unfortunate that they are not only poor in food preparation and customer service, but also they don’t understand that food experience is not all about getting money back or a free burger coupon. You have simply ruined a family’s meal experience.

Absolutely zero customer service…Stood at the register waiting to place an order while the staff served 5 consecutive drive thru customers. 3 drinks, 1 onion rings order later and it’s $17… awesome being disrespected and ripped off at the same time while my time is deliberately wasted without management even on duty.11 mins later and I’m still waiting for 1 order of onion rings…

Food and service were fine. Best part was the washing stations for kids and adults - very family friendly! There is a family washroom as well but the changing table was dirtier than it should have been (it was obviously not vacuumed in a while).

Have more employees available to cook ALSO, I made the effort to park my car and dine in, YET, drive through got the quicker service. I actually waited 40 minutes for a fast food burger. I counted 8 cars at drive through receive their order LONG before my mother and I did. Yet we Dined In. Then when we received our order, the onion rings and fries were cold. Next time I will go through drive through and bring in my order to dine in. Seems to be the better way to go. After all, drive through gets much better service and fresh food.
