i always enjoy going to this store. You will always get unique exciting gadgets which you wont find in other giant stores (Home depot, canadian tire etc).This store gives me a feeling of ebay. i.e. any unique thing you wont find where else , you may find it here.

First time coming here. Needed some t track to make a jig. Kevin was super helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. He was super friendly, and very informative. Even told me about another kind of jig I should make.I’ll definitely be back soon!

Very good quality products. I have bought some relatively expensive wood working tools and finishes can't say enough about them. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. One small thing is the store has a dangerous moldy smell in it probably from the previous tenants (I believe it was white rose) or from it sitting empty for so long. It's not as bad as when it first opened but still noticeable.

Excellent store for all your woodworking needs. I love that they manufacture their own hand tools in Canada. Good customer service too! Most of my shop has come from here.

This store has a lot of creative interesting and useful items. Love shopping here. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the checkout process... cashiers have to write the order on paper, then process it on the computer. It's archaic, not efficient, and a waste of paper.

Terrible slow online ordering process with completely unhelpful phone support staff. The high priced item I ordered was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and hasn't even shipped yet (Tuesday) because of their ridiculously antiquated processing. The staffs response has been well

I was thrilled to find a made-in-Italy automatic sewing needle threader here. My preference is to purchase items made in democratize states when reasonably possible.Quick shipping to the United States (possibly they have a shipping location within the U.S.).I love the option to add specialty catalogs to the checkout cart. I added a couple of catalogs, including the one titled LED Indoor Tape Lighting, and now I’m looking forward to trying some lighting projects.
