friend had a flight at 2:45. waited to check in for 45 minutes before they told her the flight got cancelled. no explanation on why it was cancelled and booked her on a flight for the next day. offered nothing in return for her waste in time spent at the airport and extra hotel day that she had paid for and will not be able to use now.

Was told they had no time to check in my luggage but they would come back in an hour. It’s been nearly three hours and still no one here.
