Friendly and patience staff recommended a few essential items and toys for caring for new kittens. The toys are of better quality than what you can find in the big stores, and kittens could play on and on without getting tired of them.The store carries some excellent Canadian cat food brands. Not to mention the cat tree is so sturdy and comfy!

opening hours means nothing. I arrived at 11:10am when they have already open for 10 minutes. I knocked the door and called twice, nobody answers. Better call prior to your arrival.

I frequently purchase food/treats from here, and recently purchased 4 containers of well-known wet food for my cat. Upon feeding it to him, he threw up the food within 10 minutes and continued to throw up throughout the night. I went in to exchange the food within 5 days of purchase as the receipt mentioned “store credit within 7 days”. I was met with immediate rudeness from the store employee, claiming that I cannot return or exchange due to the product “not being faulty”. Despite demonstrating the receipt to her, she would not return the remaining 3 containers of food and argued aggressively with me while laughing to her coworker. Showing her the completely sealed containers, she then proceeded to tell me that I could have “injected” the food with something poisonous - accusing me of something completely inexcusable and horrifying. I’ve never been met with such hostility and aggressive behaviour when trying to return an item that hurt MY animal. Although I love to support small businesses in my neighbourhood and previously loved shopping here, I will never step foot in that vile store again and advise my neighbours with pets to do the same. Even when stepping out of the store, onlookers from within the store approached me to tell me how insane the employee’s behaviour was. If you want to be met with kindness, go shop at Cola Pet across the street.

My puppy Robin had the best time today at this groomer's - they're so lovely and took such good care of her!
