Amy is the best!

They do not care about children. They are for profit. They do not take children outdoors enough, they will not treat your child as an individual. They ignore simple requests from parents. My child was watching cartoons such as ‘super simple songs’ and ‘cocomelon’ on a daily basis. My concerns were never taken seriously by management or the director of the organization. Their menus are processed and full of unnecessary sugars. They do not communicate effectively with families.

Both our sons attended Network at this location. The staff are amazing and many of them have been there for years which adds comfort when leaving your precious babies on their own. Super pleased with our decision and happy to give the organization and staff a 5 star review!

First of all I'm not a person to write negative feedback to business, but where it concerns my child I will definitely share. My child was switched from 2 different providers and both times I was never given any notice up until the last day of the change. They didn't notify me both times that the home care providers will be leaving. The last lady that was watching my son took it upon herself to tell me she was giving up being a provider as it was to stressful for her and that she was moving back to her hometown. When i contacted the office on ossington none of the admins was available to speak to me. When I stated getting frustrated and told the receptionist what was the situation he provided the staff personal number which Ofcourse she didn't answer. She called back the following the day saying that the homecare provider was suppose to tell us parents that she was leaving and it was not their job to do so. Ofcourse its their job. They're suppose to notify me so i can look at other providers in their network or outside their network. They left me trapped and stranded at the last minute just so they can move my son to another provider and i would have to accept it. Thank God I found a spot in my nephews daycare the lady accepted him with open arms. I will never recommend this service to anyone especially to a new mom.

Our children have been at this daycare for 2 year, 2 boys, they love it, we love the staff, very friendly, great service!

Our son was in the infant room here and they did a good job of keeping us informed and making sure he was comfortable.

The daycare is a good match for my son. He enjoys each day at the centre and is very happy too see the staff every time.

From the moment we met Marlene from child newtwork services we had a great feeling. I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic teachers who have showed my daughter how to love play and learn . Raven ,Joy,Fallona and Brianca you’re true gems you made myself and daughter’s journey throughout daycare very special Sonia - I want to take her home with me the cuddles at drop off and pick up are pricelessmy daughter never wants to come home at the end of the dayWe are going to be incredibly sad to say goodbye to you all but know that we will continue our friendship:)
