They staff here are awesome. They are so patient and helpful. We made a mistake shipping something from my place of work, and we weren't sure we could get it delivered in time for our customer. Multiple staff here got involved and were able to find a solution to make it work for us. I am so grateful for their efforts! FedEx is my company's go to courier service for a reason.

Delivery was 2 hours earlier. The driver was very professional and polite. Packages arrived safe and sound.

Service was good and fast, people working there were very nice and friendly.Only complain would be the location… for people who are getting there by public transportation, keep into account that you’ll have to walk on the road for most of the time (so don’t go on a rainy/snowy day) other than that if you go by car you should be completely fine.

I put a notice in my door it says my buzzer is not working please please call to this number i am inside . But they didnt call to my number to give the delivery . Then i need to go burlington from stoney creek to take my stuff . Waste of time . Waste of money.Please advice your drivers to do there duties. Is not only making money. Please . Thanks . It happend twice in my personal experience.

Management should be very thankful for having such a valuable employee like Jaret.He’s professional, courteous, and efficient as witnessed on the numerous occasions I have used FedX for my courier needs.

I was hired by UPS and I supposed to start a job in November 6, 2022. I had the interview and I had the driving test that was done in Burlington N. Service Rd. with Steve so first of all for the drive test they gave me old truck to drive which is a dint go to reverse and I was the only woman probably on that day to have a driving test the rest of It was a man and I think so they favourite hiring man mostly for delivery instead of woman .After that driving test, I had they never called me. They never followed up with me. To tell me that confirm one more time that I’m starting on that day. or just to say Im sorry you didn’t make it or whatsoever. It was nothing from there end so I was just kanda hoping and I was excited to start the job, but nothing so at this point I’m really disappointed that they communication here it was below the zero. I’m not really sure if this is just for everybody or just only discriminating woman.

Very friendly and efficient service at Center on Harvester Rd...the delivery agents when it comes to apartments and condos can't be bothered...usually just leave a slip...it's maddening argh! I alone have experienced this far too many times...

Been here a few times picking up shipments from the US. Every time the staff have been great to work with. The last time around they went out of their way to pull a shipment from the warehouse that was set for delivery, and gave it to me in the store front because I had already rented a van for another package I was picking up.

YOU PAY YOUR DRIVERS A GOOD WAGE, THEY SHOULD ATLEAST ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE THAT I PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EXTRA DUE TOWEIGHT" YET THEY WONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUZZ INTO MY BUILDING! THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN A ROW

Bunch of thieves and extortionists. They charge you tax and duties when you order something and then charge you again when they show up at your door and they won't give you your package unless you pay them again. Avoid using them if you can
