I posted to sell my own house and Chris Costabile saw my listed house and contacted me to say it was very nice and worth more then I was asking. We met, I liked what he had to say, signed with him and sold over asking in one week. Great dealing with him. It made my life easier.

Wow! My son who is an agent in another province not affiliated with Chris's agency recommended Chris to us. From start to finish it was the best experience we had. We met Chris a few months ago when we had interest in one of his listings which started our process of buying and selling. The listing we were looking at was only up a short time and was sold already… right there we knew right away he was going to be our agent! He came to our home and we connected right away with Chris.
