Be careful buying here !!!!Just got a pair of sneakers which came defective. I went to the store 4 days after purchase and they denied of making me a refund/exchange due their “policy”. I was only left with a repair option (just to glue them back).Manager wasn’t in store and was advised to come back certain day to see what he could help me with.For that instance I would’ve just glued back my old ones instead of getting a “new” pair.Makes no sense.

Shout out to the guy that asked me if I needed help one Sunday recently. He was the only employee in the whole mall that asked me. I was genuinely looking for shoes and appreciated his help even though I didn’t buy a pair. Thanks :)

Staff sitting on their phones, barely acknowledged us. I asked them to measure my kids feet and they didn’t even know where the foot measure was. Also enquired about a specific kids shoe which I saw heavily advertised on The Shoe Company’s social media, the lady said she is not familiar with it. The Stockyards location is way better, will go back to that one.
