Canadian Tire

The ability to price match is very common at most retails store, it keeps you competitive within the every growing market. Telling your customer you can’t price match an item that is available in store that is cheaper at your other locations isn’t a win for anyone. If prices are different from location to location and you can’t price match then every location should have the same price. I’ve had prior issues at this location. But price matching should be a common practice or keeping the same price at every location should be a common practice.

Don't waste your time or money bringing your car to get any sort of work done here. I called and talk to a man and told him exactly what I needed and he confirmed that is what would happen to my car. Only half the job got done in 3 times the allotted. Not to mention because of their half done job my car now has lot more damage than if I would have just left it. GIRLS SAVE YOURSELF!!!

Rudest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Although getting any kind of help in this store is almost impossible, I went in looking for Bondo. The shelf was empty except for huge containers of the stuff. So I went to the auto shop service desk to ask where I could find a different brand. When I approached the desk to ask the woman there if she could help me she yelled “WHHHATT?!” Not how can I help you, or what are you looking for. I told her nevermind and walked out of the store. In addition, there were signed around the store saying they’d had a fire at their distribution warehouse and that was affecting their inventory in the store. Waste of time trying to shop here. Congratulations Canadian Tire, you are now on my boycott list.

Bought Battery for a family member, but turns out family member already bought another battery so I went to return the battery that I haven’t even used or took any plastics off and they wouldn’t return a brand new battery that wasn’t even used. Person at desk that I talked told me “ can you not read “ and then turns the sign to my face how rude. Like just trying to return something that I won’t use and maybe someone else needed a battery more then I do.

This location has everything you’ll need guaranteed. Great big parking lot and a marks just seconds away from here as well for all your work clothes and gear.

This store is great. You can find pretty much anything you need. The store is always neat and clean and well stocked. I have found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. As I don’t live in Airdrie, I have ordered some items on line and they have been really quick at shipping. When I am able to get into Airdrie, it’s always a good experience to visit this store.

I went to a couple Canadian Tire stores and I'm not sure which one this is. Of this is the one where I got my fishing license, you guys did an awesome job, thanks. If this is the other one, I didn't actually buy anything but you store looks awesome inside. Super clean. Good job.

I like this location and I really like the staff with the exception of one particular lady . Every time I go in and she is working she makes a point of following me and eyeballing my bags while at the till ! The last time I was in she was working at customer service, I went to her to check out , and all she could do was stair at my purse in the cart. I asked her what the problem was and she wouldn’t answer me . I finally looked at the gloves that were atop of my purse and assured her they were not from Canadian tire ! She looked at me in disbelief, so I grabbed them off of my purse and placed them on the counter in front of her showing her that they were actually “India Motorcycle “ and will never be sold at Canadian Tire , and can only be purchased at Indian Motorcycle shops! She got a very unfriendly look on her face as she said” will that be all ?!”“Yes thank you !”She is always like this with me and I have actually left and gone to a different Canadian Tire store to avoid any negative interaction as I have a panic disorder and it can cause me to have seizures now . But everyone else is helpful cheerful and I do enjoy the return bin and hope our local store will eventually get on board ! Keep up the great work !!

Extremely difficult to find any help. Not enough staff.When I found someone to help me with pools, in gardening (finally), he was very helpful.
