Fabulous customer service from Samantha, highly recommend Better Bathrooms to any and everyone needing plumbing fixtures. Besides taking excellent care of her customers, I compared BB's pricing to two other major suppliers and she was the best on every item we required. Experienced a couple small hiccups throughout the ordering process (what renovation goes perfectly smooth? NONE! LOL) but the issues were handled efficiently, swiftly, and gracefully. Will definitely be back!

We just finished building our house and purchased all our bathroom/kitchen/laundry room fixtures from Better Bathrooms. Samantha was a dream to deal with and went above and beyond in her customer service. She searched around to find the exact sink I wanted (we can all thank pintrest for our unreasonable demands) , got us the best prices, and everything arrived in a timely fashion. I could not be happier with our fixtures and service they provided. Would recommend this company (and especially Samantha) a million times over.
