Paulette is a gem to work with. Being out of country while this project could have been problematic BUT Paulette made it seem like we were right there with her. Constant and immediate communication sometimes on a daily basis. I’m sure we drove her nuts at times but always cheerful and many MANY times went over and above what you would expect a interior designer to do. I can’t thank her enough and the outcome was fantastic ! Highly recommended. Also a fantastic new office space ! Congrats Paulette.

Being a man who never walks away from a challenge, when my wife said it’s time to update our home and change things up, I met that challenge with “I GOT THIS.” After a quick lap around the kitchen and living room, a few head nods and rubs of my chin I had a plan. I’ll concede that although my sketch may not have exactly allowed my vision to jump off the page, I did augment my drawing with a lively presentation to bring my design to life. I sensed my vision and excitement wasn't contagious as my wife walked away shouting “Never gonna happen, that’s ridiculous, you do realize other people will see that.” As she disappeared up the stairs, I finished my presentation and stuck around for questions. After an hour, my wife came down smiling and explained she did some research, found Creative Touch Interiors and had a lovely call with Paulette. It wasn’t long before I was receiving a design presentation from Paulette and team. On a large monitor was a 3D rendering of every detail of their design. The colors, textures, look and feel came to life. A very talented team that made a connection with us immediately, appreciated our vision, sourced out great products, truly reimagined our space, and pulled it all together seamlessly. A great experience from start to end with results beyond our expectations!

Paulette at Creative Touch designed our newly opened cheese shop located in the north end of Kelowna. We have never opened a store before so we really needed someone to not only build out our vision for us, but also guide us through the process. We had a specific vision for the kind of shop we wanted and Paulette not only brought our vision to life but enhanced it in so many ways as well. She was so efficient, hands on and always there when we needed her to be. To say this was a stressful project for us is an understatement, and we would not have been able to get through it without Paulette's guidance and support. Not only is Paulette an absolutely fantastic designer, she is also an incredible person to work with and has exceptional interpersonal skills which are needed when connecting with clients. We're absolutely pleased with Paulette's creative designs for our log home walk out basement here in Salmon Arm, BC.
