My husband and I were in there for almost an hour picking out boots for us and the kids and not a single person came to help us or ask if we needed a hand. Which we definitely needed. Was prepared to purchase five sets of boots. Left without any. My husband found some but they were covered in some type of glue that was staining the boot. We asked what it was and could not tell us what it was and told us to purchase cleaner. We shouldn’t have to buy cleaner to clean brand new boots. Asked for a discount and 10% just wasn’t worth it to us especially after the lack of customer service. There was three people working, one being the manager. Clearly she doesn’t care. Will shop elsewhere for our attire.

I phoned West Kelowna Lammles and asked if they carried the Outback Deer Hunter oilskin vest.They said yes.I drove to West Kelowna from Vernon only to find out that they did not carry any Outback oilskin vests and only carried a Lammles brand.I ended up ordering the Outback Deer Hunter oilskin vest online through Lammles.After paying, the arrival date kept getting pushed ahead. I waited 5 months where I finally canceled the order because it hadn't even been shipped out yet.How can it possibly take so long for an item of clothing to be put in a box and sent in the mail?The item was supposed to arrive early Spring. I went through Spring Summer and Fall not having my cool item to wear which I really really wanted.I'll just order from the States from Outback Trading Co and happily spend the extra $80 it's going to cost on taxes and shipping, and have it here in less than a week.

Drove 2.5 hrs to get a jacket that I phoned about. They put it away for me. Was there and it was a perfect fit.. Thanks.Didn't get a deal on the price even though I had to drive to pick up the $350.00 jacket. Just saying.

Really cool store! Full of everything and anything you could possibly want western style!Staff was helpful and seemed knowledgeable.Informed me they could order in a certain size boot for my daughter, ordered it, called when it came in, and told me about the boot warranty at check out!Would go back for sure!

Had an amazing experience here! Christina helped my friend and I look through boots and was ready to answer questions we had about caring for boots, the fit, etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I will be coming again for sure!
