I had a very poor experience with this dormitory last fall semester (2019). Their office made consistent errors, failed to record to information, and ended up charging me for their mistakes. Communication was incredibly poor. The service was unacceptable for the premium cost of the residence. The exception was the dining hall where there was always variety and food never ran short.
