I came few weeks ago not knowing many things but luckily I met Harman Gill. He was super helpful and the was the main reason got the car that day. I got a brand new Rav4. I wanna thank him and the staff for the grate service. Even after the sales he was contacting me and checking everything is ok and help me understand all technical things. Grate after sales I would say.

Buying a car with Mr. Harmanveer Gill was an absolute pleasure! Harman is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Toyota Rav 4 Prime Hybrid took about few weeks. The best part – Harman stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Harman if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. It’s a asset for the company to have people like Harman.

Just picked up my new 2023 Tundra Capstone and traded in my 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport.I had James as my salesman and he was great to deal with! Responded to my msgs quickly.I did notice after I left that my passenger side tow mirror had a big scratch on the plastic & luckily had taken these photos before I had left and sure enough it was already there. I let the manager, Greg (I think that’s who it was, I’m sorry I’m terrible with this brain fog!) and they are having a new one ordered in to replace the scratched up one.I would recommend anyone going to Langley Toyota to ask for James!

I was in the market for a used car and found what I wanted at Langley Toyota for a reasonable price. Bob assisted me with the whole process. He very friendly and I like how he explained different things about the process, gave me a rundown of the Carfax, inspections, and maintenance done on the vehicle. Bob was also very knowledgeable about the car I was buying even though it was not a Toyota brand, which was very reassuring.I really like how Bob explained all the buttons and features of the vehicle before sending me on a test drive, I've been to other dealerships where they just put you in the car and send you off, driving blind essentially.There were some minor cosmetic things that needed to be taken care of as part of the purchase deal. Bob and the people at Langley Toyota were great at making sure the fixes occurred and they even ordered me a paint pen!When everything was finished, sale and insurance compete, Bob made sure to help me get familiarized again with all the settings and instruments of the car, and I was impressed yet again about his knowledge of this other non-Toyota vehicle. He also sent me off with a full tank of gas! I had a really great overall experience here, 10/10 would visit again!PS. After the purchase, my friend and I took the car on a long drive to the Flying J's truck stop /travel center for some pizza and to see how the car went, it was a great way to familiarize myself with the car and get a sense of how it drives!

I bought new camry hybrid through Richard. He is so nice and helpful. I got my car faster than i thought. Andy was my finance manager and he is also very helpful. So i recommend you all to go by them.

I've taken my car here a handful of times now and each and every time I walk away feeling impressed. I'm so happy with the service we have gotten. The staff is always pleasant and polite, and very helpful. The service is quick and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My husband even says he wants to bring his vehicle (not even a Toyota!) here for service from now on due to the incredible service he got today after picking up our car. 5* to ask if you. Barbara was really friendly, patient and trustworthy. Their service was good and staff were kind, except finance guy who doesn’t want to speak with me. However, Don’t go with them for a trade-in because the financial department bleed you dry by offering very low prices and taking advantage of you trying to buy the car you really want in this crazy market. Found my trade-in for sell by them %50 higher, it doesn’t make sense at all.

I still remember the moment I walked into the dealership, Nick and Dan gave me very warm welcome. Not too much talk over happiness, and placed order for the gr86. I got a call three days ago and be told my car is finally here. I told Dan and Nick that I am gonna pick up the car today. Nick presented the car to me and led me into the finance office. The finance manger Tom was also warm-hearted, and went over everything properly. From sales to finance, everyone treated me so well. I had excellent experience being a customer at this dealership.

I was car shopping and visiting many dealers and private sales looking to see what was available in this crazy market when Bob reached out to me to see what I was interested in. Walking into Langley Toyota was a pleasant experience, everyone was very professional and polite despite the weekend being busy.I had a lot of interest in the Rav4 when Bob found out that what I really wanted was a Tacoma and showed me that it was doable with the budget I had in mind. I wasn't pressured into any accessories or packages I didn't want which is great nor did any pricing change on me. There were no 'games' or pushing for a lease either, another big relief.I'd definitely recommend checking out Langley Toyota when shopping for a vehicle, having a budget and lifestyle choice in mind made this easy for me.I'm now happily driving the greatest mid-size pickup, my 2023 Tacoma! He's a true car and truck enthusiast, genuine and very easy to work with. I tried working with other dealerships closer to me in Vancouver, but was faced with hidden fees and mandatory packages.Jayde in the financing department explained the additional coverage/warranties available in very clear way without being pushy about anything. Overall, a great experience and worth travelling to Langley even if you're located in Vancouver!
