Niagara Auto Trade

Got my car from Brent a few months back and it works great with no secret problems showing up later. Which I thought might happen but happily surprised that it didn't.

Just bought a Toyota Matrix hatchback from Niagara Auto Trade four weeks ago, this used car lot is getting an easy 5 stars because of their great customer service, low financing and low prices on great vehicles. The Toyota we purchased was priced lower than any other car lot in the Niagara Region and Greater Toronto Area, we will purchase a car (or truck) from them again.

Couldn't be happier with these guys! Im as picky as they come when it comes to shopping for vehicles and this place was perfect from the get go. Brent was straight up, not pushy at all, patient and honest.I made MULTIPLE trips to Hamilton, Vaughn & Brampton trying to score deals. I ended up going to Brent and narrowing my selection down the 3 trucks he had in stock vs the tonnes of others out there just cause I felt good about it and knew what I was getting with him. I'm glad I did!Couldnt be happier.Cant recommend these guys enough!

A reliable car dealership with a small and quickly rotating fleet of used cars. They quote fairly for services as well, and are very easy to deal with. It's tough to point this out, but sometimes as a female driver you can get charged more for work done than a man would be. However, both partners [Steve and Brent] actually quoted my husband and myself the same price, although we came separately [first my husband, then myself] and both had no idea the other had seen the same car. We weren't testing them, it just turned out that way, and I'm happy to vouch that if you're looking to get body work done on your vehicle for a fair price, you should take it to them. They're also a family-run business and it's a lot more pleasant to deal with these folks, and supporting the local economy at the same time.

I was in trouble my car went to the dogs. I needed a vehicle quickly. I spoke with Brent and he fixed me up with a Ford escape. Nice car, nice price. One thing it needed was to get some rust fixed on the back hatch. I needed the car immediately so he told me to drop it off when I take vacation. I did and when I got back Brent told me that the hatch was too far gone so they put a new one on. What a beautiful job. You guys are honest and true to your word. I know where I will buy my nest car.
