Awesome crowd and group of people to train with. The gym is the cleanest I have seen, so much so that my wife joined. The Instructor is an Olympian Judoka, and he is the one actually teaching , not one of his students. Great place.

Ever had your life threatened? Or a weapon pulled on you?Ever had a moment where you were faced with an imminent threat and you needed to defend yourself??No? Me neither...But after taking these Muay Thai classes, I am ready to fight!Amazing gym. Josh really took time to teach me properly. It's been only a few classes and I already feel like a Thai Mike Tyson. Nick runs an amazing Judo program and can offer you private training you to become a beast.Plus the gym itself! You can't find a nicer gym anywhere in Montreal.Love this place.

I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in for my free trial 1 week ago. The people are so friendly; staff and fellow gym goers alike.Josh is a pro and his love and passion for Muay Thai shows every time you're in the room with him. He pushes you to your limits everytime but somehow makes it sooo much fun!It is safe to say I am completely in LOVE with this gym and can't wait to see my improvement with the help of my amazing coach!I highly recommend you go in and check it out for yourself- you'll be hooked!

The coaching staff are very passionate, helpful & supportive, they like to help each individual & to help focus on his/her strengths & improves their weaknesses. The team mates I met 3 months ago have become like family, there's no judging when you step into the gym, it's a very friendly atmosphere. Not only that, they have something for everyone. Gym fully equipped with A/C, wall to wall matted room, sauna & the nicest bathrooms to be seen in a gym. Check it out for yourselves!

I have been going to this gym for years and have known the owner even longer. Amazing gym, great ambiance, and the coaches are A+... the perfect place to be for beginners and experienced lifters and athletes.

i never knew how fun a martial arts could be until i tried out at this gym! the staff is incredibly dynamic and know how to push you to be your best. i'd recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape and learn a martial art!
