We could write a lot about G-Studio and its founder Guru. In short, just go hire them, they will do their best to capture your special event perfectly.From a technical aspect, Guru does an excellent job not only taking excellent pictures and videos, but also ensuring you’re properly positioned for the stunning shots he has in mind. Guru is also not afraid to get creative, and the unique angles and environments he creates really make for memorable shots. We literally had guests discussing if one of our photos was real or not, it was simply that perfect. Guru has also done a fantastic job putting together an excellent team who are as talented and kind as he is. The entire G-studio team was wonderful, and to quote guests “we felt like we were in a movie!” We did not have a coordinator for our event, but that wasn’t necessary because these guys all knew exactly what to do, and when, and kept things on track for us.G-studio specialises in the same-day edit. This was fantastic to show at our reception, summing up our various wedding events. Some of the shots in the video happened only hours earlier, I have no idea how it was possible, other than the usual explanation “well, it’s Guru, expect the unexpected”. We also opted to hire a crane for video capture. This was so cool! Guests had a lot of fun dancing for it, and I’m really excited to see the footage that comes out. The crane operator did a great job getting unique angles, but also ensuring that he didn’t impede the dancing/partying going on around him. If you do opt for the crane, we suggest setting up a live video stream at your event, it was so cool to see yourself on camera and you felt like you were at the oscars.More than the technical and professional aspects, the biggest reason to hire Guru is the personal touch he gives. Guru is one of the kindest, sweetest person we’ve ever met, and this came through in all of our dealings with him. From selecting our guest-book photos, to planning the event he has always treated us with warmth and made us and our guests feel special. Pretty much every guest we had mentioned how awesome the photography team were. After all, how many events have you been to where a spontaneous chant of the photographer’s name breaks out? Seriously, Guru and G-Studio are special, hire them.

If I could give Guru an even higher rating than 5 stars I would. He was referred by a friend and by far the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. He created a great package to cover all our events as well as my engagement shoot.He is super patient and extremely creative. He did my pictures and videos for my wedding. I just gave him the songs of my choice and he created a beautiful highlights video. Lets just say he has captured all the moments of my events and included it to create a beautiful memory that brings tears to my eyes everytime I see it.I would recommend him time and time again to every person I know. We had the pleasure of working with G Studios for several events. Starting with our engagement party, all pre-wedding events, and wedding and reception.
