I know this a first world problem. I had to go back inside after our drive thru order was missing an item. As well went back to order ice cream and was told there were no cones left. A truck behind us drove by and were eating ice cream cones. What’s up?

had a positive experience overall. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately.i appreciated the convenience of this location, as it was easy to find and had ample parking available.While I enjoyed my meal, I did find that the restaurant was quite busy and noisy, which made it a bit difficult to have a conversation. However, this is to be expected at a popular fast food restaurant during peak hours.

Kid playland was absolutely disgusting. Every single table in there was dirty at about 8pm! Found someone shooting up in the bathroom in the playroom. Told the staff about the filthiness (urine all over the toilet/seat) and they sent a manager to look at it. He walked back out and no one bothered to clean it. Disgusting!

Counter servers were quite abrupt ringin up full price (on two occasions) before I could complete my requests and, visiibly, I qualify as a senior. Floors were unswept and the washroom (the toilet part) was gross.

potatoes were white and raw, just very white, I was afraid to eat that. big mak thin, without salad and toppings, one cutlet was torn in half. The patty itself is very thin. I'm shocked. Threw everything in the trash. Pictured is a Big Mac.

The best McDonald's. Specially for kids. Great place to play in Great hospitality and service. Visited coz McDonald's on bishop messed my coffee for 3 weeks straight, became an regular visitor for the service and environment

Barely get a hello from the staff at drive through. Long gone are the days of being thanked for taking our business to this specific McDonalds. After you pay, the window you get you order from, we'll, count yourself lucky if you get more that here's your food" but go back 7yrs ago and the service was very good. It's unfortunate. They may want to look at what's different from then and now in regards to staffing and hiring."

Quality has gone way downhill. Stopped going after continously getting little bones in the burger. Almost chipped my tooth. Very disgusting. Service is pretty meh at most locations anyways and it's not a very friendly place anymore. Maybe good for coffee and something for the kids, but be aware of feeding your children something that can potentially chip their little teeth. Not impressed with the quality of their food at all.

I am extremely disappointed, after a hospital visit wanting something easy and good, nuggets and fries. But was shocked and disgusted with the beetle that was in my french fries. So gross. I will not be visiting this McDonald’s again.
