Called in last minute and she was able to accommodate. Very professional and explained to us the whole process. Our dog’s first grooming went great and he’s now looking fresh as ever. We would definitely come back!

I have been going to Wizards of Paws for over 4 years. My small dog Emma is a shitzu-Bizoin cross and requires grooming at least every 10 weeks or so. I’m very happy with the service. She does a fantastic grooming job. Great location for drop off and pick up, and she is done with my dog in 2 hours or less.

Going here over 4 years. She listens to how I would like me pooch groomed depending on the time of year. I highly recommend this groomer. She is easy to talk to as well and the pricing is in par with other groomers. Thank you. 5 Stars for this buisness.

Joanne really took the time to listen to what we wanted 4 our first visit. When I showed up to get my Teddy Bear I was happily surprised to see how good he looked! He was exactly how we liked him to look. I would be happy to use Joanne's service in the future

Seems like a very nice lady & I love the business name.Unfortunately when I showed up, she cancelled my appt on the spot. As a new customer, one would think she would ask in advance if my little miniature poodle got nervous or a bit nippy.Now I know why she has bookings 2 days out & everyone else is booked 3 weeks out. Too bad. It seems like a great place & I was ready to transfer my business to her.

Joanna did an amazing job grooming my mini poodle! He looks and smells amazing. I'm incredibly impressed by the time and effort she puts into her work - the attention to detail is phenomena! Got great value for what I paid. Finally found the perfect groomer for my two puppies!

My family and I went there with my 1year old mini schanuzer. We went in for our 10am appointment for first timers on April 23, 2021 and they refused/ decline our service just because my puppy had a barking problem. We tried speaking, but we were cut short. My puppy is friendly and does not bite, but he does get nerves with new strangers. It was less than 5mins, not even a tour around the place for my dog to get use too and they refused to service us just because ( I wish I got her name) this old white lady just gave her hand, and my dog bark at it. She did not bother having any understanding for new first time clients. I was shock and disappointment. The fact that we had an appointment, and was on time for it too. Do better with your new clients other wise you will lose new clients!! I do not recommend going here they have high standers on helping your dog. What kind of dog business owners does not know that first timer visitors will always be a struggle with their dogs???
