Amazing and friendly service! Today I was at the building next door and when I came out, I noticed I had a flat tire. I walked over to Hough's in a bit of a panic, and the boys there took great care of me and my car! They took my RAV in right away, fixed up the tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. They were kind, respectful and impressive! Thanks so much!

These guys won't pick up the phone after 5 different calls on different days and do not return call back requests. Take your business elsewhere, they do not want new customers.

Great mechanic. Honest and trustworthy. Got to the problem, just needed some oil on the rear springs. Will bring all of our cars here in The future. Thank you Tom for a great experience, and explaining everything you did to find the problem.

Tom is not professional at all! He held my truck for 9 days and the job we agreed on was supposed to be 2-3 days. If you can’t do a job in the time you tell your customers then you should let your customers aware that you don’t have time to do the job not kidnap the vehicle and do the job when you feel like it. That was ignorant. Not only did we agree on a price to do the job, when I ask to pay him he raises the price and lies and tells me he never told agreed on our original price! To top it off s someone broke my door handle and nobody bothered to fix it! I do not recommend this shop.
