The Tim Hortons in valley view is fantastic. The staff are all super friendly. I stop here at least once a day and they know my order now, they always remember my cup sleeve, I never have to ask and they make my London Fog PERFECTLY.

I have to swallow alot of pride for this positive review.I haven't been a fan of Timmy's for quite some time. I don't know whether it's since Burger King bought them, they stopped making donuts fresh in-house, they changed coffee vendors, they started filtering said replacement coffee through old gym socks, or they got rid of chilli in a bread bowl, but it was definitely before they tried to reinvent the donut with Skor or Kit Kat or have a celebrity collaboration.These new power bowls are fantastic. They even LOOK good, like actually fairly close to the ads, which is not usually how fast food arrives.Also, this location got my order right! I only asked for two things, and even though I ordered them directly from the menu with no special alterations, 100% accuracy is not something I'm used to seeing from Tim's anywhere I go.Something about the management, or maybe even the whole team on June 27th, is above par here!

Very bad service, this location is ran by a bunch of Asians and they are very very slow. I was the second in line and waiting for nearly 8 mins. I picked up 10 Tim bits and specially said no to a particular kind and once I double checked they had it in there.

The French Vanilla Coffee is so good! It's like tasting happiness after being in a dark depressing place for a long time.10/10 I would recommend.

Overall good experience although we went inside to order and it kinda felt like we were ignored by staff for the first bit... took them about five mins to acknowledge that we were there but once they noticed us... very polite, attentive to detail, quick and were working very well as a team...

The branch in Kamloops along Hwy 1 gave me a bagel sandwich which has a bread part removed for unknown reason. I asked for a replacement and the crew making the sandwich gave unsolicited comments to her co staffs which I heard while waiting for replacement. I was supposed to call the supervisor but we were travelling back to Alberta and I don't want to be delayed. Scrutinize your orders well to make your money worth it.
