I had a great experience at The Loft salon. I booked a consultation and then a perm with stylist Heinz. I have very straight hair and he got a great result. Very happy!

I got my hair done by Heinz just two days ago for a loose perm, showed him a single picture of exactly what I wanted and 48 hours later, looks amazingly identical to what I showed. He was very professional and nice, asked him questions and he was very informative and straightforward. Thank you so much to him :)also for people wanting a perm; when we finished up, I thought it was a bit tight but it loosened up to my sister's (a hairstylist) advice to wait, prior to getting this done, so don't worry. just a heads up for any concerns

I have not been happy going to any hairdresser in my life until I found Heinz Isbach at The Loft Salon and Bar. I am an old gal who came in with dry frizzy hair and when I left there I felt beautiful again. Heinz listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. He has magic talent and I highly recommend him. He is a five star hairdresser and I can’t wait to go back.

I have been going to see Leslie Castres at The Loft for over ten years now! She always does incredible work. I actually have never seen another stylist since I started going to her lol even when she had a baby I didn’t trust anyone else with my hair!! From bangs, to blonde, short, highlights - she always knows how to make me look amazing and leave there feeling my best!!

I really don’t want to leave this review because I shouldn’t need to. I had Heinz do my hair on Saturday, I choose him because of good reviews, my regular stylist couldn’t get me in before a wedding I’m attending. I had professional red and brown dye over my natural ash blonde hair, I wanted to work back toward my natural hair colour. I wasn’t expecting to go back 100% in one appointment although I ended up leaving with very brassy mismatched coloured hair, I didn’t realize how bad it looked until I left the salon. I had also asked for bangs, I provided a picture and he told me that we were on the same page… turns out we were not, he cut them too far back, I have a mullet-ish look, he also left them long enough to be in my eyes. My hair looks like my junior high school friend did it back in the day. I’m so depressed and hate looking in the mirror, I’ve cried many times since and will cry many more. The colour can be fixed with more money spent but nothing but time will fix the bangs.

This is my favourite salon in the city!! I have been going here for years! I always see Leslie C. She is an amazing stylist! I have never left the chair dissatisfied. I have had many haircuts and tried a few styles. Leslie is always honest about what will look good on me and what will work well for my hair type. She recommends amazing hair products and her abilities in hair colour and especially the balayage look have always been my favourite! She has also done my hair for several weddings over the years and it always looks amazing and even better it lasts all night!! The atmosphere in the salon is amazing and I always feel so special! All the staff are so nice and welcoming!! If you haven’t gone here before, I strongly suggest you give it a try!! ❤️

I have had a wonderful experience at Loft. All the stuffs were very friendly, polite and warm. My hair stylist was Samantha and she is very nice. She understood what I wanted and gave me the perfect hair style. I will go back again.

I had a terrible experience in another salon and came here to fix my haircut (it was really, reaaaaaally bad!) .They were amazing!!!!! They are super nice, the salon is clean, organized, very trendy.Danielle fixed my hair and looks amazing!I loved the experience here, I will definitely come back!!!!

Heinz did an amazing job on my hair. I really messed up my hair by putting sun in, on it and accidentally turned it blue by over toning it. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he matched the color perfectly. First he has to correct everything I did. This was not an easy feat, as I had like 4 different Colors in my hair. He took his time, he listened to me and an explained everything me. He’s the best hairstylist that I have come across yet. 5stars. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to the loft for around 10 years and have been seeing Leslie Castres. Leslie is always warm and friendly and reliably delivers great haircuts. She even styled my hair for my wedding! Leslie is great and I highly recommend!
