Just the worst facility to watch your child play the sport you and they invested in. Everyone has to crowd on top of an open balcony. Anyone who has an issue with crowds and heights would not enjoy balcony viewing. Not enough space for the parents of six teams playing on three courts. They have quite a few entrances caged off which is a fire hazard. The ladies bathroom was disgusting, messy and very smelly.

Horrible experience. My friends and I, along with 2 other groups were triple booked for the same time slot. We had to call the Lady who does booking and she just told us to leave because she wanted a different group to come use the court. The change rooms had urine and toilet paper everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend renting a court from here. (Much respect to the guy who was handling the schedule at the 601 cityview blvd location. He definitely handled the situation better than the Lady.)

We came for a volleyball tournament. There is no place to sit and watch your kids play. 9 team tournament and a 5’ wide balcony to watch from. No water fountains. Many open courts in the next gym that spectator bleachers could have been setup there to watch the games. A great play to practice I’m sure though.

Seems like they really do not care what goes on their courts as long as the court(s) are being paid for.I am super disappointed in the facility owners. A few of the program kids that were apart of my rental were verbally bullied/attacked by two grown men from another rental, and they absolutely did NOTHING to stop this from happening again in the future. They have stated that it has nothing to do with us". One of the owners Charline Grant has once stated that she is a advocate for young black men and so by turning a blind eye was pretty shocking to witness. To have a few 15 year olds verbally attacked by two adults and not even having a simple conversation to let them know that

Horrible service, You guys need to sweep and solution clean the floor after every use. Is it too much to ask after each rental? You have your goon staff sitting there scratching their bllz. Don’t run down a beautiful facility, you guys can maintain it. Put them goons to work.

Courts are slippery mutilple people fell we had to play half court..staff takes no responbility said you guys should have left we travelled over an hour to get here..called the CEO Charlene grant...asked for a resolution said said she will do it on her own time...said they could refund an hour with extreme attitude...is this how you treat people thathow you treat repeat customers?

While the facility does have a lot of courts, there is not one single water fountain in the entire building. They sell bottles of water for around $3 each. On top of that, some of the staff clearly show favouritism to certain leagues while others rudely kick out groups of children. They are clearly making money here with the lack of water in a fitness/gym facility that hosts so many teams. For their rates and lack of amenities, I would save your dollar and find another place to book. Even overnight school permits have cleaners and water fountains! Save yourself the stress and reconsider.EDIT: After reading the reviews, it clearly shows that this facility is completely unprofessional. They suggest that everybody went against public health measures and their review constitutes libel

All the other negative reviews that you can see here are very accurate. The moment our group entered the gymnasium we were rudely interrogated by the gentleman working beside court 1. This was Thursday night 8pm-12am. He made it seem like we were not welcomed to play on his" courts. As we were taking our outdoor shoes off he exclaimed "NO OUTDOOR SHOES" as if we were not just about to take them off. The court condition was about a 6.5/10

Not a single place to get water other than buying their water bottles. What kind of a sports facility doesn’t have a place to get water? Not one seat in the entire place other than benches for players. Bathrooms were very dirty.

My son has attended a Skillz camp and has also participated in a couple of 1-1 sessions with Coach Garth. I appreciate how the coaches pay close attention to their players and provide encouragement and guidance. The commitment the coaches have to teaching Basketball fundamentals and game play skills is great. I love that they engage kids of different skill levels.
