Ben (I believe) and Lily put out 2 massive fires for me on extremely short notice (like 2 hours).Lily stayed late after closing on Friday, October 8th to organize outside shipping on a forklift rental for me on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving after another rental company cancelled my rental and I had a shipment scheduled which could not be moved.Ben set up a rental, changed it when the machine was made unavailable, dealt with my scheduling issues, and when that machine didn't have the capacity to lift the material he set me up with a telehandler and fork extensions, on a Friday afternoon, at 3pm, with zero notice, including shipping it to site, within 45 minutes.I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without the help. Felt like I was the only customer they had and I am so unbelievably grateful. Every time I called they were extremely friendly and courteous and tried absolutely everything to help me. I'm pretty sure they ran a marathon between the two of them just going out into the yard and back.Earned my companies business indefinitely. Thank you.
