Poor customer service. My father had arranged to come down from Edmonton for a cart. The cart was sold and they knew he was coming and failed to let him know. Then they tried to sell him one that was $3000 over budget. Very rude as well. We will be taking our business else where as will our family and friends. Things get sold , but zero curtesy in the matter.In response to the we did not reserve or put a deposit down no but you Some curtesy would be nice. But I guess you are to busy for simple customer services. He said he would come look and get it if it Checked out. Maybe you should be more clear about things and not lure people in with certain expectations. Since you are so busy you won’t mind loosing about five customers this summer. Well so far. Others have been notified of your crummy business practices.

Great shop for service or sales. Bought a cart here 4 years ago and just brought it back for service. Good as new again! Trustworthy and affordable!

Have a very good look at the fleet carts before you buy. Claims they are checked over thoroughly. Bought a 2011 club car there last May, got it home and noticed right side tire was already wobbling. I asked for a used bag cover and that is exactly what I got. I can't even see through the window and the plastic is already cracking. The cart was missing a club/ball washer, so he thought he would sweeten the deal by adding one for free. Again, a used washer and it didn't even have the splash guard on it. I guess I should have looked at it more closely. What does refurbished mean again?
