My personal opinion of the people whom I would never want working for me, that work for this company is one thing. The attitude of ha, ha - I don't care, pay the corporate invoice for a personal package or else we will make trouble for your company you work for - is not the way to do business.

This is the worst broker you could ever hire. They didn't submit the paperwork to customs when parcel was first received, there was no update on what was happening, and are just very very unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM!!!

Phone number is out of service, this company makes it virtually impossible to talk to a real person. I would not suggest doing business with these guys.

I firstly cut off Fedex because they raised their rates to a rediculous amount. It is really hard to get hold of anyone at FTN. They love to use AI to route your calls all over the place except where you want to go. You can't even get an invoice online without spending 2 hours to find it, and of course the website doesn't work and no tech support anywhere it seems. So how do you even pay your invoice if you can't see it and you can't reach anyone even after being transfered all over the place, being given out of service numbers to call, and repeating yourself a half-dozen times.? I don't know...
