Punjabi Tiffin Service

Might have been great 4 years ago but please beware of the following:The food is often inedible because it’s uncooked (rice is hard and stale)They will get your order specifications wrong almost every single time. Rotis/ no rotis etc so be prepared to not get the delivery you asked for.The food is very spicy - and I mean VERY spicy and I can usually eat pretty spicy food. Your nose will water.God forbid if you decide you don’t want to continue the service, they will give you the run around and not return your money no matter how nicely or how many times you ask.Enjoy the food. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.

Uncertainty is a BIGGGG concern, you never know when they will stop delivering the food. if you're too dependent on the tiffin service for your meal, please look for better provider. If for some reason, they decide to stop delivering the food, they will NOT return your money.

I am so disappointed with the service of Sam tiffins. First of all, the food packaging team is always making mistakes, they deliver non veg to veg customers, deliver at your previous address even after you update them with new address, forget to give 1 vegetable pack, forget to give sweet dish as mentioned in menu, and the list goes on. Secondly, whenever you email them your query, they donot respond you back. there is no redressal for your complaints and queries. The main contact no. is always switched off. They give me contact no. of some manager who is always making excuses and telling it won't happen again. now, he also stopped picking calls. i am so disappointed and fed up with these guys. I have emailed them to refund my money back for my leftover tiffins but they don't respond. WORST TIFFIN SERVICE. PLEASE DONOT OPT FOR SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Really nice vegetarian food, however I am a pure non vegetarian but veg food like this I can have it anytime of the week. Plus good delivery service and very friendly people. I would Highly recommend to all fellow students.

Sent me the mixed pasty beens one day bad rajma they were smelling now i asked for money back said will charge $10 for 1 tiffin while when i paid it was 7.5 for no issues there though but sending bad food and if costumer asks to cancel the service it should be done as the took it immediately but now they are saying 2 weeks as accountant will return it when you guys were taking the money you didn’t say to send it to accountant the you gave the direct mail…..well i will wait for two weeks but after watching the reviews I don’t think i will get my refund back.

Being a student, when I first came to Canada -Toronto, I gradually found everything around the city and my college, but I badly the home cooked food. Later, I came across PUNJABI TIFFIN SERVICES and I thought of giving them a call and inquire about the service and decide accordingly, but to my surprise Mr. Sharma attended my questions very politely in relation to food menu, timings and the price. And let me be frank, the prices for the Tiffin services is very affordable. It really didn’t take a lot of effort to decide, since I really wanted to try, as the menu and Indian food sounded quite exciting.Next, coming to the food, the tiffin package is neat, cleanliness is good too and at last the food is just perfect ‘’home cooked tasty food’’ thumbs up!! The Tiffin was always been delivered on time and without any excuses on any day.Overall, would definitely recommend PUNJABI TIFFIN SERVICES, to all who miss home cooked food and are away from home and looking around for affordable price. Go for it.

I called the owner today to start this service. The owner was so rude. I did Apologize for the wrong time and wanted to set a certain time and date to call but he was so rude. I was interested by looking by the review but I'm sorry some people are just too busy with their attitude

Worst experience of my Entire Life. I paid for the month in Advance and i was promised that i will be get the food for a specific amount of money per month. But after getting the money they tried to get more money out of me and when i said cancel the service since you are changing the service charge and deduct the money for 2 days i have used it and give me the rest back apparently no refunds Even if it's their mistake. Also if you want to send out a legal notice they won't give you the business address. So be careful guy, there are big time scammers

Pathetic food service. Pure disappointment! Food was not even fresh plus I did not get my money back.
