12/12/22 Updating the review - I finally received the product today, it took 3+ weeks. The quality is good and was easy to assemble. I could've given 5 stars if it was delivered in time and the lady over the phone was polite.12/02 - I bought a king side bed, they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. I called them when I didnt hear anything from them after two weeks, a lady answered the call and said I'll get an email to schedule the delivery after another 2-3 weeks. When I said I was told it will be delivered in two weeks when I bought it, she rudely said this is how it works here. Eventhough its only few kilometer away and delivery is in the same city its going to take long. When I expressed my concerns and told her that if you guys hide things and cannot deliver on time then I cannot shop from you again. Her response actually shocked me when she said she is okay with that too instead of helping me. I guess they dont care about customers at all.

Was good experience when I bought the product, spent 3k-4k at that time. Claimed for warranty and processing time took a long time. But everything was ok until when I got the store, one of the staff was horrible attitude for customer, like worst service I've ever met. Waist my time, my gas twice! And do not know how to work. Do not spend time in here. Im strongly not recommend this place especially CUSTOMER SERVICE after you buy something.

This couch is literally the most uncomfortable thing I have spent time on. Thing was absolutely launched into my house on delivery, knocking all my cats food and water everywhere. Additional glass items purchased were damaged on arrival. Fashion over function, confirmed.

Great looking furniture for a good price. Full show room. Very busy on a weekend, and was understaffed you handle the customer load. The attendant did a great job going from person to person checking in however. Helpful to see and feel furniture in person; their website is dandy but not always true to colour.

Poor customer experience so far. Purchase a beanbag chair and waited a couple weeks for it. When the thing arrived the color was off and stitching loose all over.They would not accept my return the next day since it wasn’t inside the carrying bag they gave me even though it wouldn’t PHYSICALLY FIT INSIDE.They said that they gave me a refund but ushered me out the store without any confirmation or receipt. Won’t be returning and unfortunately will be going through PayPal for a simple purchase.

Bought a $3000 couch from them, within having it for 6 months it looked 5 years old. The fabric is pilling and so worn, stretched out and saggy. It's really ver disappointing. Customer service will do nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and do buy from Structube, their stuff looks nice in the showroom but it is NOT built to last. Spend the extra bit and get from a more reputable establishment. I'd do 0/5 stars if I could!!!

I bought a few items online in August after seeing those items in the Langley. When we purchased our items the delivery date was suppose to be November. Now 6 months later we got 4/5 of our products. Of the four items we got, two were damaged (there is white paint on our wood dresser) and of the two, one was missing hardware. We called customer service and they were useless, so we called the nearest Structube but they don’t carry any hardware either.When we called customer service all they said they can do is review our email and get back to us in a few days. They told us our dresser is not in stock so if we decide to exchange it, we will have to wait another few months. The problem is we bought sets so we cant just return an item without ruining our sets. After waiting almost 6 months for products that were promised to us months ago, we’re extremely disappointed because they are damaged.Also, the delivery guys will bring the items to your doorstep, so if you live in a town house and have a bad back, find mover to get your stuff up the stairs.

Structube is a good Ikea alternative. They have a wide selection of furniture, beds and other household items for all sorts of needs. Their prices are fair. I would put it slightly higher than Ikea, but the quality is marketed as being higher, so that makes sense if it's true. A lot of the items I saw looks very similar to Ikea items.In the 30 minutes I walked around the store looking for a sectional sofa, I wasn't talked to once. No hello, no offer of assistance, not even a smile. Not even when I walked right by the front desk. I was left completely alone. Now, I'm a solo shopper, so I don't tend to care and am usually fine making my way around. If I had a question, I'm sure the staff would have helped me. That said, it wasn't the most inviting experience. I may return with my wife to look at a couple items I'm interested in, but I'm not exactly itching to go back after my first experience.

Came in, and the staff were all gathered by the checkout chatting amongst each other, and we overheard them complaining and trash-talking their previous customers. No staff were there to do their job. Poor management and customer service is non existence. Clearly, by seeing their reviews now that this has always been a problem.We're never coming back here, nor are we buying anything from Structube.

possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I went to do a return and the associate ‘Paulo’ was passive aggressive and unaccommodating. He told me he couldn’t take the rug back because the white packing was missing. I have bought many rugs in he past and I have never encountered this issue. There is a reason why they have a 3 star review on google.My wife was looking to grab a couple of things from there however after this encounter I would never shop there again.Also upon returning the rug today I wanted to speak to the manager and ironically Paulo is the manager and wasn’t working today. Also note that I live in surrey and ended up wasting so much time on this return.
