They are not able to resolve our issue for 90 Days.My client Windows VPS does not have a single back up for 90 days!!!Their OPS team does not respond our emails they do not return call back requests. Average wait time on the line is 40 minutes.Level one support a huge ZERO. They do not provide any managers or supervisers phone numbers as if they do not exist.In case somebody interested my [Case #FSJ-336-67430]: Idera backupStay away from them !!!Thank youAnton

I'm going on 8.5 hours for response to a Support Ticket. When I signed up for the service, an Customer Service rep stated that I had committed fraud numerous times before. I asked him to repeat himself. He repeated that I had tried fraudulently to sign up before.I have a site up and the servers are speedy and site responsive. But there are issues in configuration that support just doesn't respond to fast enough.Get some help myhosting...

Hosting is fine. Customer service and ethics are severely lacking. In the process of renewing my service agreement, I clicked the wrong button and went from monthly billing of $7.95 to be charged $143.94. When I realized this, I immediately contacted their (Lack of ) customer service department, who gladly assisted me in changing my subscription back to monthly billing. They refuse to refund the $143.94 they essentially have stolen from me.Thank you for your request. Unfortunately the renewal charge had already settled and we would not be able to refund this amount..."The ironic thing here is that I was to this point

I had a couple of issues in the very beginning, but the myHosting team were swift in their responses to my tickets, diagnosing and fixing the problem(s) and gave me progress reports throughout.I can't find a single fault with the myHosting team, or any of their services.I wanted to buy a VPS and this is *the* only place I was willing to go!Highly recommended!

I have been with MyHosting for about 4 years. It is owned by SoftCom. The technical support is horrifying since they've moved the helpdesk to Asia. Bunch of nobody's that can't help you at ALL. They keep on sending basic information and never escalate the issue to real technical people. I have multiple domains services there and I am moving all of them in Calgary. Idiots help that can't resolve a simple issue as it's way out of their competences. 1 issue I have with web services 2 years ago and they couldn't fix it. Too dumb to know how. Latest issue they are giving me round robin for 3 weeks in email. Even thought I told them they are retarded, they still send the same email. They don't care at all because they don't own the company, they just work there. Don't deal with this company if you're looking for at minumum ok service, you won't even get that.

Daunted by the task of taking on VPS - I chose myhosting & my fears melted.I needed to upgrade from shared hosting of a vBulletin forum as our traffic was stretching the capacity and mysql errors were popping up regular due to concurrent connections being reached.VPS was the obvious choice and after comparing many other providers I couldn't help seeing the outstanding benefits on offer with myHosting.But when I started use of the VPS for Business Linux package and exchanging emails with support and getting good assistance, I realised the bargain price & outstanding facility was the right choice.

Not the cheapest but a plenty competent hosting company. At one time years ago I would rate them 5 stars having spent time with a real person on support in which they always resolved with competency. Once I was trying to cleanse my domains...sent an email, they called and we worked through it. In the last couple years, support emails are responded with more do it yourself" answers and are less personal. They never hesitate to give you personal attention when a credit card expires or whatever...but not so much with support these days."
