Modern PURAIR® West GTA

From the start of my inquiry with Modern Purair West GTAabout duct cleaning, I had a positive interaction with staff. I spoke with Sophie and she answered all my questions and never felt rushed to book. Dylan, our technician was amazing. He was prompt for both homes we completed. Dylan was very professional courteous and friendly. He was diligent and had great knowledge of your services and benefits. He kept me informed every step of the service and made me feel that I chose the right company for the job. I will definitely be calling again and will recommend to everyone!

Ed and Joel were professional and more importantly took care of our issue when no one else could. We had a blocked dryer vent for years. The dryer would take hours to dry anything. I called the warranty repair and they said the dryer is fine. I called a duct cleaning company and they used their vacuum to suck out the vent, took my money and called it a day. The blockage was always there but no one could figure out what it was. I thought I would have to break open the walls and replace the vent. Joel inspected the vent and located the blockage. He then used his reverse blowing devise to magically push out a birds nest. See attached pics. The dryer works perfectly now. Thank you so much.

Dylan was on time, explained in detail what was going to be done, and how. Very considerate of our home, cleaned up after himself. Very thorough in his approach. Would most definitely use Modern PURAIR for my next duct cleaning
