If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough! Jenni is amazing and treated and cared for our dog better than we could have ever imagined. The daily updates and photos were fabulous. Would definitely recommend to anyone with pets.

We have been bringing our princess to Jenni for the last few years and I am beyond grateful to have found her!!! She is the most caring and sweet person and the animals love her!! I never worry about my pup because I know she is having a blast and being spoiled!!

Jenni’s is absolutely amazing! She and her husband love and care for each pet as if it were their own. The facility is well set up with lots of enrichment and well maintained. My dog has the best play days and overnight stays there, is happy on pick up, and I never worry for a second when she’s there :)

My Dad took his dog Josie here for a week, and they treated her like family. She was so happy, and Jenni was sending texts and photos for the whole week. Josie was well cared for and my parents could not be happier! Thank you for making Josie's vacation so wonderful! She loved the pool and making new friends.

We recently tried to book our small dog in for a day while my husband and I went golfing. We called and left a detailed message on Saturday afternoon (golf tee time was for the Wednesday of that week), by Monday we still had not heard from anyone, we once again called and left a message…..this time giving her a second option for returning our call…..by Tuesday night we realized we were not going to be getting a call back and so we had to cancel our plans. In total we left 3 messages. Very disappointed as we try to use local businesses. A call of any sort would have been better than none.

Highly recommend Jenni's resort. We had two cats to board for almost 3 weeks. One of our Cat's was super nervous and she made me feel so much better with daily pictures & updates she sent. She's a wonderful lady, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Our fur baby Zada had a great time at Jenni's pet resort. It really is like a resort. We like the couches she has set up for the dogs. Jenni is very caring and super friendly towards all. Thank you for taking such good care of our Zada!!!

Was excited to take our dogs here due to the seemingly positive reviews but we essentially got ghosted by them and if another boarder didn’t come through very last minute we’d have had to cancel our trip across the country. Awful communication.We reached out on Facebook weeks back to book them, they asked for the dogs names and said they’d book them in and furthermore if we had questions to feel free and reach out. My partner gave them the names and asked about the day routine. They responded to the question that day and we left it at that. We reached out again the other day to confirm they were booked in and had our message read but no reply. We then called and they didn’t pick up. I called the next day multiple times and left a voicemail with no reply again. Then they posted a meme video on Facebook so I commented asking for them to reply to my partners message. No reply. If they have time to repost silly videos you’d think they could take a minute to respond to clients and confirm or deny the booking but I guess not? So incredibly unprofessional and I’ll be letting anyone know who asks that they shouldn’t take their pets here if they want any sort of communication. I understand being busy but to not respond to multiple messages and phone calls over multiple days meanwhile posting on Facebook for fun is just bad business. I’m sure I’ll finally get a response now that I’ve made this review :) Unfortunate but grateful to the other boarding place that came through for us.
