I was recommended to Chris by my fiancé (who has also greatly benefited from Chris's expertise)Chris takes his time and genuinely cares about his clients. He really helped me with digestive problems and back aches which no other health professional has been able to do. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know.

Went to Chris with lower back problems related to competitive golfing. I had been to Chiro and massage before Chris but neither had helped to alleviate the issue. Within one session Chris had removed the source of my discomfort. I had seen Chris once in the past for a soccer related back issue and he took care of that in one session as well. Would highly recommend him.

Chris was referred to me from my former athletic therapist when she retired and move out Toronto 5 years ago. Since then, regularly, every month or every 2nd month, I visit him for my body maintenance. I have been training in martial arts for over 25 years and here and there I have old injuries. And, of course, new injuries from time to time.I am very very happy with Chris. Some other person might feel differently and might have a different opinion, but this is how I feel about Chris. On a personal level, he is friendly, courteous, professional, kind, easy to talk, very concerned, and has a sense of humour. On a professional level, he seems to have quite a lot of knowledge, knows what he is doing, seems to be able to feel what is going on inside the client’s body, tries to explain, tries various methods to find what works for that specific client, gives the client specific exercises to deal with the current problem and also for future injury prevention.I would like to and am planning to continue martial arts training as long as my body allows me to do. To be able to do that, Chris’s help is essential for me. I feel I am very lucky that I met Chris.Thank you Chris!!!

Bingers has been my athletic therapist and massage therapist for many years now, dating back to days where he was the trainer for my rugby team.I made sure to continue working with Bingers throughout the years because I always found his advise and treatment to be second to none. I once had a bruise so bad that I had trouble walking for a month, but one session with Bingers and my leg was back to normal.I am no longer living in Toronto but I still connect with Bingers for his advise over video chat when I have sports injuries - even over video chat, I find Bingers is able to explain what has likely happened internally better than any other therapist I have had.I will be coming back for as long as he is practicing, and would recommend him to anyone looking for either physiotherapy or massage.

I’m reluctant to give bad reviews in case a bad experience was just a one-off or something else, but I decided to share my experience more as a PSA than anything else. This osteopath is an anti-masker, there’s no other way to put it. I was wearing a mask for my session and the first thing he decided to do was to grill me as to why I felt the need to wear one, that it doesn’t prevent or help against the spread of Covid, making me super uncomfortable. How can someone that considers themselves a healthcare professional do this?In addition to that, he kept making me uncomfortable asking me about my background and the nail polish on my toes. Really trying to put me in a box.So to everyone that doesn’t fit the heteronormative box, I warn against this place. And obviously anyone that is immunocompromised or cares about Covid still being a thing.

This is an awesome place. Chris is a very nice and patient person. He will explain everything that he is doing to you in a way that you can understand what is really going on with your body. I sprained my ankle (for the first time in my life) and he has helped lower my anxiety about this injury and is helping to heal it properly, so I don't have a bad" ankle for the rest of my life. I would 100% recommend going to him!"

I have been seeing Chris for over 4 years now and he is an amazing therapist. I now drive over an hour to continue treatment with him. He is always thoughtful, considerate, and professional. He has helped deal with ongoing concussion and whiplash symptoms, sciatic issues, digestive issues, migraines, etc. He is well versed in issues and treatment and is always willing to discuss and understand other points of view.As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I have never felt Chris trying to fit me into a heteronormative box, as an earlier reviewer noted. He has also been professional, respectful and understanding. We have had open discussions on numerous things, he regularly asks how things are going with my partner, and checks in to make sure I'm doing okay in his practice. His questions and conversations are always coming from a genuine place and trying to get to know his patients better.I would highly recommend Chris for anyone seeking treatment.

I highly recommend Chris. He’s very intuitive in his treatment approach and backs it up with a depth of knowledge that he’ll willingly share. You can tell he truly wants to help improve your physical health. His treatments have made a huge difference for me after my neck surgery. I feel better after each treatment and I look forward to my monthly appointments.
